Akebono has a cool vibe, and very reasonably priced sushi. I had a seaweed salad, rainbow roll and 6 pieces of sushi, and my total came to $36. It wasn't the greatest sushi I have ever had, but it was good and well-made. The server was attentive, but I took a star off for service because when the seaweed salad came, they had added two shrimp. Phenomenal service every time I go. I hate tofu but I am a fan of there's. They have beautiful pottery that they put soy sauce in. They have gluten free options on many things on their menu.

Service is quick and the food is delicious! The hi-ya ramen is my absolute favorite. The prime rib is very tender and flavorful, and the fried tofu is amazing with the broth. Very close, if not authentic to the ramen I've had in Japan.
