Fast, flavorful, fresh. My partner and I had a little taco truck showdown date where we hit up four different spots on the east side and this one was our favorite! We will be back again to see how it holds up on our second showdown date.
Grew up on Taco trucks in California so you can trust me. The asada tacos are good but the meat is more brisket than asada. Not sure if that's an Iowa thing or not. Also they are $2.50 each. No more $1 tacos on Tuesday apparently.
My son and I went to get tacos at our usual spot but they said they were closed. So we stumbled upon Alan's on the Eastside. And we are glad! Very good tacos, the carne burrito was so delicious. Well be back!
