We went to Americana for a birthday this morning and had the breakfast buffet. The food was pretty standard for a buffet. The salted caramel pancakes and filled donut holes were good. The biscuits were over cooked. We also had Bloody Marys and Mimosas which were good
We arrived during the shift between the brunch services and dinner. We decided to wait 30 mins until we could order appetizers and additional 30 mins when we could then order from the dinner menu. It wasn't a busy Sunday afternoon. (Less than 10 customers) We requested to sit upstairs for some privacy. If the prices were more in touch with the quality, I'd be a little less objective.
