We are customer there since 2011 , almost 11 years . We wear very Disappoint this time . Usually we stay with Joe , Josh , Troy , and they know excellent job . But this time we seat with other new person we dint eat anything . Still there was $90 bill she said she give half discount. She still charge $45 . When we came out from restaurant we have to eat Tacobell food . The guys don’t know any customer service. He gave us wrong . And wrong suggestion. He didn’t even came to check if we need anything ales . Food was served was cold .

I order a burger, chicken sandwich and a salad. Nothing CRAZY... Click delivery and move on. An hour or so later I call Applebee's to see if it had been picked up. They told me the food had BEEN ready they were just waiting for door dash to p/u. Since I ordered on APPLEBEE'S site I was like no worries, can you just refund me the delivery fee and I'll grab the food.
They advised they could not lol it was a door dash thing but they would "hold" my food for me.
After getting in the car I realized it's been an HOUR ..the fries are probably trash..so I call back to see if they could recook the food. Honestly y'all I have never in my life experienceed this... So I call, tell them the situation and a manager gets on the line. Drea.
I tell Drea that I placed the order on the website, the food never makes it, previous person had told me food had BEEN ready, would they mind remaking it. Drea informs me bc the order was placed through a third party site "door dash" to have the food REMADE I would need to contact door dash and have them request it. *Hand to sky I'm not kidding* now of course I know there is a misunderstanding bc there's no way. As stated before I didn't go through the door dash app I went through Applebees website who used them

I tell Drea I understand contacting door dash for my delivery refund but to contact them to get fresh food seems crazy, seeing that I placed the order on APPLEBEE'S WEBSITE...she responded she understands but they are not pizza hut, they don't have delivery drivers so they use a third party site, also she doesn't work for door dash she works for Applebee's and her food cost sees it differently.

I laughed ...bc she had to be joking . I was missing the greatest concert in the world over someone's ego and cold fries. I asked if another manager was there and she stated she was the manager. By far the worst experience at an establishment. I definitely recommend using the door dash app, you will get better service and spending your money else where.

Ordered the big bacon cheesburger special for lunch carryout after reading some reviews on the burgers. I must say i was impressed, the meat was cooked to order, the bun was grilled and the veggies on the buger made every bite delectable. Will be back for sure!

We waited a long time for a server to take our order. The food took forever, but it was delicious. The burger deals are great.

We had inattentive service last time we ate there but the food came quickly and it was delicious. We had to snag a server to request someone to take our order.

We will go back because the location is so convenient!

The upshot is, don't go there if you're in a hurry. It is not in the category of a "quick bite."

Ate dinner tonight and both of our dinners were cold. Also after we finished my girlfriend and the person at the table next to us saw a mouse run across floor and under another table. Gross will never go back.

Alijah was our server he’s awesome. The food however took over 40 minutes We ordered 2 of the 3 cheese pence pasta 1 chicken Alfredo and 1 order of riblets. When the good came 3 of us had to ask for extra sauce for our pastas. And my husbands riblets was like a pile of steamed meat from a crockpot that was cook a long time………ago. Ugh. Probably be a while before we go back to that one. Waiter was great though. That’s why they got more than 2 stars.

Yummy. Top notch waiter. Top shelf long island. Steak! Tried a new cupid kisser drink. 2 of those & you'll have a buzz.

We ordered delivery, I ordered 6 oz steak and it was cooked to perfection!!! The best steak I’ve had so far from this specific location!! Steak was perfect, melt in my mouth!! My husband ordered the grilled chicken, also amazing!!!

We were seated right away. Because we knew what we wanted our order was placed in 5 minutes. Our southwestern chicken bowl was great. We were hungry, so we swiped the food in a jiffy. It was a great experience.

Another Grateful For service to country Restaurant that recognizes. Military service to country is Applebee's. I Cannot say enough Grateful things about this wonderful restaurant. Thank you Applebee's for your Gratitude towards Service members of the armed forces, as well as Our EMS AND 1ST responders as well as Our Police and FireFighters. God Bless Your Wonderful Restaurants
