We have waited for our food for over 1.5 hours for food and never got it. We had to get our own drinks and the wait staff was not apologetic at all.

It was the worst service ever.we were there an hour and 45 min.First we put in our drink order and appetizer and it took about 25 min.Then my drink order was wrong.Then waited another 30 min to get our food order and they got that wrong too.During that time some one at my table ordered another drink with took another 15min.Then proceeded to wait another 20 min to get our check! The people next to us was mad and left because they missed up there orders

I used to love this place and I liked bringing my family but this will be the last chance I give this Applebee's. I went in yesterday with my fiancé and daughters. We had a young male server who was so confident in his waiting skills he decided to take our order by memory, without writing anything down and unsurprisingly forgot to put in our appetizers and the food we ordered for our child. I was hoping the food would make up for the poor service, nope… The food wasn’t very good either. My fiancés chicken sandwich looked as if it was reheated. If you want a good burger go to angry goldfish. You’ll get better service, better food, better ambience all around.

The restaurant was almost empty, 4 servers and a manger walked by us and did not even acknowledge we were there. After 5 minutes waiting at the door before being sat, then 15 minutes of no one coming back, we left.... as we were walking out, they finally spoke to us. So sad, I was looking forward to the won ton tacos.

i dont like giving bad reviews butt they used to be great hear they may have been short on help that night it took over a half hour to get are food .they didnt bring any silverware to are table i had to go ask for it . the waitress was exposed to bring me a refill on tea ,i never did get that and the food was not good. my wife and i both ordered nachos the meat didnt have any seasoning on it . taco bell has way better nachos for half the price .While we was sitting their a older gentelman who was sitting behind us came and asked how long we had waited to get are food ,he had been their waiting for along time to. I wasnt upset with the waitress because i saw her working all over the resteraunt so again they may have been short handed. Butt the food use

Ordered online got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich meal and the bacon bacon cheeseburger paid extra 2.50 for waffle fries on one. Picked food up got home paid extra for waffle fries and literally only got 7. The chicken sandwich was the driest I've ever had. The fries were the best thing about the total meal.

Just ordered online and parked in a pick up slot. After 5 minutes of noone coming out I thought, "No big deal, I'll go inside and see if it's ready." (Mind you I was a few minutes late myself, so I wasn't bothered by them not noticing me...) I went inside and there were two other people in front of me. No employees were enguaging with either of them so I got someone's attention to say I was there for curbside pick up. They finally acknowledged both myself and the soft spoken girl ahead of me. We were both directed to the bar... At the bar we were both ignored. I've worked in customer service for 21 years, so I know when my employees are being deliberately unhelpful. Finally someone made eye-contact with me and I made sure to state that the girl who arrived ahead of me and I were waiting for OUR online orders. The b-I mean-employee finally went and got our orders, but questioned each of us twice about if they are paid for or not. As she handed them off she said "If these aren't paid for I'll be calling you." Disgraceful. You need to train your management to train your servers on what customer service means. Honestly not the worst restaurant experience ever, but the worst Applebees experience. I promise never to return to that location.
