The kitchen staff is only qualified to work at McDonald’s. They can’t cook a hamburger, came out cold twice. Assuming that the order is put in right they rarely get a whole tables food order made correctly. Kitchen staff playing music so loud it can be heard in the dining room and management does nothing to control it.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had specifically at this store. found hair in my food so had to be remade. Had 3 different people try and bring stuff that didn't belong to our table. Management didn't even come to make sure everything so ok.

I had a great time at apple bees. They helped me find a spot to sit as soon as I walked in and the atmosphere is very friendly. All the food came out very hot and is delcious. My waitress Britney P did a very good job. Highly recommended checking them out.

We had to wait for our drinks for 20 minutes and the waiting was awful. We will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and won't be returning there to eat.

This place has pretty good food although my burger was greasy and fell apart really easily our waiter was really nice but he forgot ours and even other people's silverware and napkins and it wasn't even busy which I found weird. Also my seat was so broken that I had to sit on it weird so I didn't fall through.... the alcohol was pretty good tho they have pretty good margaritas and cocktails but it's really depressing vibe at the bar even during busy hours.

I hate to be that person who doesn't tip, but I didn't tip this last time! I've been a waitress and understand the need to be tipped but only with good service. I came with my 2 children under the age of 6 and we waited 45 minutes to get our food. 20 minutes for an appetizer and the chips were stale. When the food finally came my daughter's mac and cheese was cold and didn't taste like anything. My chicken parm was cold and the noodles were stuck together. My other daughters meal was cold as well. My husband got a cheeseburger and it was fine. It was on a Monday night and it wasn't that busy. When it came time to pay, my husband was handed a pen with exploded ink. The only reason there are 2 stars is because I did call the manager to call and complain and he said he would send us a coupon in the mail. Granted I don't think we want to go to applebees again. This place actually used to be decent back in the day. We normally don't eat out because of the economy but it was a special day for my daughter and she really wanted to go here.
