I recommend this Arby's! Customer service is good and food is yummy. The drive thru cashier was kind, helpful and had a professional appearance. The loaded Italian sub is delicious! They know how to cook curly fries too!

This is the second time we’ve gone through the drivethru and our order was messed up. Last time I walked back in and the manager fixed it with a sweet apology. This time the lady at the window said she did not hear “crinkle” fries even though I repeated it twice when asked. She did replace one but definitely had an attitude, shut the window and walked away before I could again repeat we ordered two crinkle fries.
