Seemingly always understaffed but food is actually decent

This place is one of my favorite go-to quick service food and the staff is very helpful. The only argument I have with this specific store is that their parking lot is in disarray. They could use a little picking up of the trash and use a resurfacing. One thing to note is that it is difficult to enter and exit from south bound traffic. This isn't anything that the store can do because of the city putting a medium on the road.

I waited in the drive thru for almost 10 mins. I was the only one and I got cold nasty food. You would think that when you pay $11+ for 1 meal that it would be fresh....

I went through drive thru...ordered a as in one Big Fish and couldn't get it right...got a small something...I was salivating...how disappointing ?

I thought about curly fries all day to pull away and had no curly fries! I was quite disappointed but all other food was hot and received all requested sauces. Also the girl at the window was friendly and prompt.
Compared to other fast food places in today's world they actually are still reasonably priced and there food is amazing thanks for not price hiking to much.

The service was good and for fast food the chicken Swiss sandwich dye ordered was good I almost drove off without it because they forgot to put it in my bag but it was good
