Ordered food on Thursday, 02/27/2025. The drive thru cashier was friendly, but isn't clean cut and wears a raggedy beard...not something most customers care to see in food service.
The chicken cordon Bleu sandwich was a mess. No slice of cheese, thin chicken patty and mashed on unappetizing shaved ham. The chicken bacon & swiss sandwich has very thin slices of bacon on it + a thin chicken patty & barely there sliced tomatoes. I bought 3 orders of $1.00 small curly fries (w/Arby's coupon). Curly fries containers were not filled full like they've been in the past. Unfortunately most of the curly fries were hard/overcooked. WOW! What's going on with the Southside of Des Moines?!? My family and I will definitely need to try out a different Arby's location. Yikes!

Several times they got my order wrong then when I called they wanted me to come back to get it right! I don’t have the time to go back so they can get it right! They should have gotten it right the first time! Or at least mark it down so I could get it later!

Easily the best Arby’s I’ve been to in a while. Food was fresh, the employee was very kind and helpful and I feel like I got really good value for my money using coupons.
For fast food, I think it's some of the best. The customer service on this occasion was lacking. I have had good customer service but this time it was pretty slow.

Came for lunch with my husband and 2 of my kids. They messed up my order and when we let them know was given major attitude about it. There was no Dijon mustard sauce in the dispensers so had to ask for the packets. Will not come back because I do not need to deal with attitude when I was not rude at all and neither was my husband

This location has consistent service, a clean and relaxed atmosphere, and is a nice amenity to have on our side of town.
I hope there is another location nearby. I will never do business in this location; one female employee here is unprofessional and unethical. She is Light-skinned and short female. She will cut corners to give you nasty food. My order was horrible. She spilled the sauce and was too lazy to remake or repack the food. Her coworkers tried, but I needed to get out before dropping the hammer. Please hire people who care about your business
