Order only if you have time to spare, waited over 20 minutes for one sandwich and had to leave it behind due to a final boarding call
The lady making me the breakfast Sandwich was only wearing oneblue glove and her nails were no nasty full or dirt.... I had to throw my sandwich away.š¤®
We waited nearly 20 minutes for our food. Someone we were with that ordered separately had gone up to ask where her sandwich was after 20 minutes and the lady at the counter argued with her and then proceeded to roll her eyes and turn around to tell the other employee what was needed. We waited an additional 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge us up at the counter to tell them they were out of coffee. Very VERY poor service.

Run by a bunch of kids with no respect for customers. No visible manager or authority figure managing them. Employees demonstrate attitude and lack of desire to work. Iād hate to see how the employees treat your food if they canāt respect the customers.

Very slow time at the airport, about 2:00 pm. I was the only person at the counter. It took 5 minutes for one of two employees to acknowledge me. One of said employees was within 5 feet of me and didnāt ack knowledge me. When the other employee did come to check me out (I had a self service item), she was extremely short and rude to me.
Des Moines airport, get rid of this establishment.

I had ordered a sandwich and another customer took my sandwich on accident. There is no name or number system so I'm sure it happens. She brought it back when I was about to ask about it and I told the employee it was mine and if she could remake it because the other customer had already opened it and touched it. She said yes. I watch numerous customers get their food so I finally asked for a refund. They said they were making it right now and it would be out. They handed me a sandwich with just meat and bread, no other toppings? Horrible service and just wish I had gotten a refund.

Giving a 4 because I think it deserves around a 3.5, and better than its current average.
Friendly service, but sandwiches not made in order, so even though I walked in with only one person ahead of me, about 4 people (including 1 person with 4 sandwiches) were served before me.
Sandwich had good flavor, but not sure brioche is a good bread for this sandwich.

I placed an order for a Cuban sandwich at 2:14pm. At 2:32pm when I still didnāt hear my name called and after witnessing people ordering after me receive their food, I went to the counter. I stated I was still waiting on my Cuban sandwich to which the lady responded, āOh, I forgot to make thatā. No apology, no offer to make it right. Not another word. Then, the gentleman that made the sandwich asked if I wanted Dijon mustard to which I stated I did. I got back to my table and opened the sandwich and of course, no Dijon mustard. I had to go back up and get a side of it. Pathetic.

Women working were polite/speedy.
Food was so disappointing. I ordered a spinach, mushroom flatbread. It was so soggy. Only the ācrustā was crispy.
Soggy bread, NO flavor, and mushrooms tasted off. I would not come here again.
Unfortunately, I think the only reason people eat here is because it's the only accessible food past security.
