7 people and slow as he'll, ordered a bucket and had to wait, because no one is doing anything. Took them 15 min to check out the person in front of me. Person making food had gloves on but touching her hair. Saturday 1pm 14th of December.

The last couple times I've ordered the same breakfast bagel I've always ordered from here (turkey with tomato ) it's missing something. Last time it was the tomato, today no egg nor cheese. Not sure what is going on. It's bad enough you have to wait in a long drive thru line, then pull around to find nowhere to park and wait longer, but then to finally have a chance to eat during your morning commute & find you (once again) overpaid & tipped for something you didn't even order REALLY burns!

Shonice is a work of art, needs a attitude change/check. Always respectful, but I never want pretzels anymore at this location solely bc of her. There are other terrible employees but she's the worst/meanest one there! Every single time...lol.

On 6-11-24 at 7:30 the lady who works there was very rude to my 7 year old son for no reason
He was playing in the play area and suddenly she yelled at him stop looking at me
I said excuse me did you talk to him? She said in a rude way yes because he looked at me and her husband was beside her and he was rude to us too
I told her what if he looked at you he is a little boy he is 7 she ignored me and talked to her husband
((This is not the first time she has done this she always treats me rudely when I buy something from their store then I stop buying anything from them))
But this time she treated my son this way and this is something I will never accept from anyone
Specially we were in public in the mall play area
Not close to them or buying something from them
Anyway that time I called the police and the police sent me the mall security and while I was talking to the mall security her husband yelled at me and at the security saying that my wife just told her son not to look at her anyway the security man was completely understanding of the situation and knew that what happened was unacceptable anyway I left the mall because it was closing time
I went straight to the police station to report and document what happened and showed the police the video and explained everything we called the mall office and reported everything to the mall manager and I am waiting for the big store manager to call me
I also reported to the Department of Human Services and my attorney and she told me that if this happens again it means they mean it and do it on purpose so just record it And send it to me and that's what I'm going to do. and I'm also going to post it right away on social media because when it comes to my kids they cross the line.

I believe the lady helping us wads named Shonice. If I have the name wrong I apologize. However, I had a pleasant experience at this location with my boyfriend We were served promptly and the the woman helping us was so friendly and kind. I appreciate the small talk while we waited for our order. Wonderful experience. Definitely recommend the jalapeño pretzel.

I was out last week doing some shopping and decided to stop in and get a snack. I wasn’t familiar with the menu but Mary the girl working was super helpful and friendly. The pepperoni nuggets she recommended hit the spot. Will definitely stop in again.

We were doing a laser tag birthday party and a few kids wanted the pretzels so we ordered 6 large (they already had them pre made in the warmer) and the lady at the register was so confused and the. One of the people in the back came out and said next time we need to pre order. I said we were not planning on it and seen you already had them pre made and said next time we need to pre order. Mind you there was very little people in the mall. Terrible service.

My son says “if you don’t like auntie Anne’s, then you have bad taste in pretzels!” He’s 11.We love it here - we’ve been eating auntie Anne’s since I was a kid. Tonight’s experience was exceptional - Mary and Shonice were so nice and patient with my kids (11 and 3) and the pretzels we got were so good!

I ordered a jalapeno pretzel. So black chick was working that's not the word I wanted to use. Anyway when she gave me my change she laid it all on the counter so I waited to see if she put the white people's money in there hand and just as I suspected she put it in the hand But laid my money on the counter. Older black chick with grey hair

The people who work here are very rude and intimidating, I literally saw the cashier yell at a customer who was confused and needed help and then I saw the cashier tell another customer "we don't have time to be making smoothies" when he asked for a smoothie. I felt nervous going up to the register to claim my free pretzel because of the bad vibes. I was afraid I'd get yelled at for ordering a free pretzel and "wasting their time" or something. It makes things go through your head when dealing with such unpleasant people. They act like everything is an inconvenience. I don't care how busy you are, don't act this way. It can ruin a person's day. I see several other reviews stating people had very bad customer service experiences here, it really needs to be addressed by whoever management is.
