The food is great, but my order has been wrong the past three times now. I consistently ask for no lettuce and onion as I can’t have them, yet they end up on there. One time I asked for a single and they have a double. The containers even had the -OL to indicate no lettuce or onion, yet no one is reading the order? I love B-Bops, but the SE 14th location is off my radar and on to another one.
I have been here a handful of times since moving back to Iowa and I was never disappointed in the service nor the quality of the food. Definitely a bit of nostalgia coming back. Love this place!
I love B-Bops, and the food has always been good. The last dozen times I've been to the one on 14th St. My only issue is the amount of lettuce on the sandwich, if there's too much lettuce on the burger, it slides all over itself.
Vegetarian options: It's a burger place, most of the items are not necessarily for vegetarians but it is possible to get the option.
