The food is great, but my order has been wrong the past three times now. I consistently ask for no lettuce and onion as I can’t have them, yet they end up on there. One time I asked for a single and they have a double. The containers even had the -OL to indicate no lettuce or onion, yet no one is reading the order? I love B-Bops, but the SE 14th location is off my radar and on to another one.

I accidentally handed her too much cash without realizing it, and she caught it right away — gave me back my correct change and the extra bill I had slipped in.
