I stopped for a slow lunch before leaving town for home. The lunch menu is typical but the food is not. The Teriyaki Steak lunch special was beautifully presented in a bowl. The vegetables were fresh and cooked just right, the steak was excellent.

I placed an order on the DoorDash app. Food arrived with no utensils. I specifically requested utensils. I’m a truck driver stuck here at a warehouse 9:40 PM and can’t even eat my food so disappointing. I called and they just brushed me off, terrible service.

We ordered delivery and the food was cold, barely any meat in our entrees and poor quality all together.

We LOVE Bamboo House! We come here regularly and it never disappoints. The food is always so delicious and super affordable. We usually get the orange chicken and the beef and broccoli both are amazing every time.
We dine in most of the time. It’s usually a decent crowd but not too busy, and you can tell they stay busy with takeout orders too. The staff is always so polite and kind, which makes the experience even better.
Definitely one of our go-to spots!

Overall my pho was pretty decent. Plentiful portion, however, I did a carryout order and there was no chili oil or hoisin, just two packs of soy sauce.
I did have chili paste at home but no hoisin :/
I'll know next time to ask for both!

Sorry, but no. I came in on Christmas Eve (on the phone, after a 12-hour shift) and waited 40 minutes after paying. I then got verbally and physically assaulted by another customer for telling MY HUSBAND, on MY PHONE, during MY CONVERSATION WITH HIM tha I wanted to get my money back. Staff did nothing. They were all mad that I said TO MY HUSBAND that I think I wanted money back to go elsewhere. That wasn’t directed at ANY STAFF, it was directed as my husband cuz he was also waiting for his food. I get it your justt slammed, but prioritize your WALK-IN customers seriously. I’m still waiting for my 25 dollar refund (including a 30% tip, which I regret now). Save time, and money. Can’t speak on the food, but the people freaking suck

Very poor representation of a traditional Korean dish. Kimchi-jjigae is a classic, spicy, and savory Korean stew made with well-fermented kimchi, pork, and tofu. The dish I was served had no flavor, didn't taste close to kimchi at all, the vegetables were still raw. There was no prep to this dish and was nothing fermented. Sloppy and rushed at best. The tofu shouldn’t still be white if cooked the right way in this dish.

I ordered the Fried Rice which was buy one get one free. The rice I received was old, tasted as though it had been kept in a container. There were no vegetables, no eggs just bland rice with no flavor. I expected to receive freshly cooked food. Beware of their buy one get one free. This is old food they are pushing to make a buck. I spoke to management, he said he would refund my money for the purchase which he didn't do. Another disappointment because I didn't ask him to do this. The food is bad and the credibility of management is even worse. BEWARE!!!
Stopped for lunch on a whim, very glad we did! I ordered the lunch portion of Orange Chicken, my wife had the Garlic Sauce Stir Fry with tofu. Both had great flavor, and the chicken in my orange chicken was perfectly cooked. The portions were perfect for lunch, and with an appetizer and soda included for $9, it’s a fantastic value! We will definitely come back next time we’re in the area!

I was so skeptical to cheat on my old Chinese place. I am so glad I did because the food is top their and so is the service. Bamboo House will be my spot from now on.
