The driver pulled off without even knocking or notifying anybody that he was here. I called the store for a refund, and I got cursed out by the manager on duty, called back after an hour and was cussed out one more time and still haven’t received the refund.

Man! Big Tomato has gone downhill. Used to be my fave, but something is going on. Perhaps the owner needs to spend a shift or 2 in there! I got the wheat crust Hula & wheat crust cheeseburger. Both were substandard. The cheeseburger crust was heavy and dry. They threw a bunch of pickles slices on top, as if that would make it better. The Hula was slightly better, still dry. After coming here for at least 15 years, this was the worst. I would advise staying away until ownership gets their act together.

Wow! It's still the great tasting pizza I remember from my good ol dayz. The service was awesome, and the pizza slices generous. Can't wait to go back.

I feel that the pizza slices could be a bit bigger for $4 a slice. Good flavor. Interesting toppings. Convenient that it's open late.
Ridiculous. Got 4 slices for 16$ plus 4$ tips.. that’s what I got… Will never visit that hole.

I have ordered from Big Tomato several times late at night when at work. We have never been disappointed. I ordered a couple of nights ago. The crust was like “Premade” from the grocery store. It was more like bread than pizza crust. It was not good. I called the next night & asked when they started using premade crust. I was told a there crusts are homemade & hand rolled. Etc. A photo of the crust is below. We will no longer be ordering from Big Tomato.

Called to order like normal and asked if they had hand tossed pizza and they said it was. I get there and pay for it open the box and its thin crust, looks absolutely horrible, and burnt. This pizza was $33. I said I called and asked if they had hand tossed and told them what I was told and they said all of our pizzas are hand tossed thin crust. 10/10 do not recommend the pizza tasted really bad and it’s hard. If I could give it zero stars I would.
