Craziest bagel sandwich I've ever had! I got the Vermonter with the twice baked hash brown. They were busy and after eating I can see why! Staff didn't let the Memorial Day weekend lunch rush phase them at all.

I come here often and have been for years. The food is always amazing (Breakfast on a bagel is always better). The staff is always helpful and friendly especially sally, she doesn’t allow me to forget my napkins, straw, or even drink for that matter. Thank you for this team always feeding my hunger!

We live down the road from this place and we come here about 2 times a week. This morning we encountered a really rude women who took our order. When I asked to use my reward she shook her head and acted annoyed that I even asked. Usually there’s a very kind gentleman working at the front. I don’t know if it was because we were a lesbian couple because after she took our order she was kind to the guy who was after us. Terrible customer service

Love coming here and now they have a new, high energy manager, John! He must really love what he does and it shows. The cashier, a younger gentleman was so polite and helpful as well. The bagels are always fantastic (the Sriracha Sunrise is elite) and the service is now genuine and friendly! Look forward to coming back soon. Keep up the great work!

This is one of our favorite bagel places! Today was a special treat. The gentleman at the cash register was very friendly and accommodating when I wanted to mix two types of sandwhiches. The new General Manger Jon was very personable and checked in to see how everything was. It was great to see him interact with the staff and customers in an uplifting way. The atmosphere seemed better than it did in the past. Bagels were on point, and the service was amazing, like always!
I was having breakfast with my husband and our two boys this morning and our oldest son was taking a drink out of his water cup he had just received from the fountain & I asked him what was in his cup because I thought he had backwashed, he said he had not, so I took a look at it and it was COCKROACH LEGS clear as day 🤢🤮 As we were walking out I handed it back to the lady behind the counter and told her she should probably take a look at this and she also had a disgusting look on her face. I use to love going to this place, but after today I hope this place gets caught for how unsanitary and disgusting their environment is.
