Very accommodating for gluten sensitivity. As for my gluten loving family they absolutely loved the bagels. My husband had the Vermont and was extremely happy. I had a caramel cold brew and really enjoyed it. We were traveling from AZ and I would definitely come back!

I door dashed my food and they had brought me the wrong sand which when calling the store and trying to talk with an employee they did not answer everytime I called.

Stopped in today ( 9/26/24) around 7-7:30am. There was one lady waiting for her order. The very rude, impatient lady behind the counter rudely asked without greeting us, "what do you want" a little taken aback, but still, I ordered my bagel and asked for a juice. She practically yelled at my Child "WELL GRAB IT" she was also very rude to my daughter's friend when she asked a question about a bagel. This isn't the first time she was rude to our family. My husband stopped by with our daughter and she was very rude and snappy to them as well. The young man that was actually preparing the orders was very friendly. You know the saying " A little kindness goes a long way."

Don’t go here anytime after 1:30. They close earlier than their hours say online. Been here multiple times trying to come before 2 and I’m always so let down.
I really hate to be complaining because I LOVE the bagels here but this has happened to me multiple times at this location. I finally called them today to see why they always close early and the employees response “ya we just closed earlier ?♀️” with no care in the world that I just drove all the way here to get lunch based on their online hours. I wasn’t the only one either…there were 3 other people expecting it to be open as well. I am happy to take this review down if I know this won’t happen again and the hours reflected online are actually the hours you are open.
