I made an order to pick up and when I got home all of it was cold. Had to put it in the oven. Called to let them know and if I had paid by card they would have refunded me 20 on my card but since I paid in cash all I was allowed to get was a $20 gift card. Since when is giving cash back such a hassle? I don't want to come back. Guess I'll have to call this a whole loss and gift the card to someone. This is the 4th time I've had issues with cold food.

absolutely amazing staff who gave me great service even at midnight. i forgot my wallet (money and cards in there) and when i came back the next day they had kept it safe for me đ food was also great

Service got a 2 because we stood by the door waiting for at least 10 mins for someone to come and seat us or even let us know they needed to clear a table for us even though there were tables cleared. The rest of the service was ok. I ordered the traditional dry rub lemon pepper wings and there's not enough dry rub on it for me. Needed more for flavor and it was a little on the dry side. I also ordered the Buffalo ranch chicken wrap which was good except the wrap was a little hard. Didn't look like it was toasted at all but it may have been. I feel like this location lacks mostly in customer service and seems like every time I visit I have to wait to get service.

Not really sure how this place is open, I drive with Uber as my side job also and have came here three times to pick up an order just for them to not have it or wait 40 minutes for an order that was being âbaggedâ and just to figure out they havenât even started it. To go girl with pink hair is pretty rude. Store has a lot of problems with getting pick ups done. There was at least a dozen people waiting for their orders for at least half an hour

We had carry out. The girl cashier was beyond rude and kept staring at me!!! Not to mention when I placed the order the same girl, rude as hell hung up on me because I was asking too many questions! For the cost, the food was Terrible. French fries were cold and hard. I believe it was all leftovers passed down to us.

Was there for a doordash. Was told it was going to be 10 minutes. After 25 minutes I had to go ask the hostess again about the order. 5 minutes later she came out with the order. Too long of wait time

placed an online order. two meals and a side of extra fries. i get home and open my bag to see a disrespectful amount of fries in my meal. like they didnât even try to put fries, literally pissed me off. mind you, these are extra fries i paid for as well
Came in and sat at the bar. Ordered 15 wings and fries. Co worker ordered same thing and got his food 30 mins before mine came out. Management is horrible. Took beer and dumped it from a person that went to the bathroom while waiting for his food. Manager said we have a lot of to go orders and that is why my food was late. Why not cater to the people ordering food and beer while at the restaurant rather than to go orders. Will not come back!! Ended up going to Culvers since the experience was so bad.
I appreciate the effort the âownerâ is doing with the FAQ link and stuff but I have read reviews going back and it seems nothing has changed with how the place is ran. The âownerâ is not doing a good service to the name of BWW and you can see by the reviews. I have been to many BWW and this is by far the worst managed or âownedâ.
