Crap service. Crap service. Crap service. That's all anyone needs to know. Waitresses were inconvenienced by our just wanting decent service. They were too busy with drunk regulars. NEVER coming back and anyone else shouldn't either...which is sad, cuz we love b-dubs.

We go to BWW alot on Merle Hay Road, because it's near my fiancé's work. We usually get Javier since he is amazing at his job, and our 1 year old even likes him. However, Javier wasn't there last week during our lunch and we got a different server. My fiancé ordered 10 boneless wings, but when we received our order there were only 8. My fiancé kindly called the manager over and asked if he could get the rest of his order. We are always nice customers, even when there are issues, and we eat at this location once to 3 times a week. We will not be going back because of this person named Noah Lane that left a disrespectful review at my fiancé's place of employment.

Service can kind of be a hit or miss depending on when you go, but if you wind up with Larke, you're going to be in great hands! I typically come for lunch however when I have come during dinner (I believe her name is Taylor, though not confident on that) she has also taken great care of us. Food has always been hot and quick during lunch, and sometimes dinner can be a longer wait but they are typically a lot busier during that time. This specific location is always my go-to, and the staff genuinely take the time to build a connection and make sure your visit is great. They have some great servers at this location!

The food is great and the server tried as hard as possible, but it definitely shows that the manager is in control. I had to switch seats to view the upcoming sports while eating and drinking. If you’re looking for personal and expert experiences, go elsewhere like Jordan Creek. Mearle Hay needs major work when it comes to customer attention. Also, the manager seemed annoyed by any request made by any guest. UFC is definitely a burden on this manager. Go to Jordan creek/west Des Moines BWW for fight night. Don’t go to Merle Hay BWW for UFC nights. The server has ignored me several times after spending over $100 here. Now that I switched seats, the server stopped seeing me and I every tv is now displaying the fights.

Went for a pick up at the time it was supposed to be done. They said 10 more minutes and they would take it to me when it’s ready. Ok I thought that was fine but more than 20 minutes later nothing. I went to ask again and come to find out it’s been sitting there.

I arrived at the restaurant at 3pm and was seated immediately. However, we sat at our table for about 15 minutes before anyone batted an eye at us. Other tables were being helped while we waited. However, Greisha noticed this issue and came to help us. She stated she had been cut and was about to leave, but she would help us until another server would. Another server never came and Greisha stayed late to help us. Her service really turned our experience around.

Took 45 min to get appetizers. Sat at the bar and only was asked for drinks 1 time in 1 1/2 hrs. We are on Des Moines on a reg basis. Won’t be back to this location
Want to know a secret? BWW has super good burgers. I love their burger lunch special. Larke and Javier are awesome servers there, as well. Pepsi products.

Did a little shopping then stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat. Larke was our waitress and she was awesome. Kitchen got my order messed up and she came to inform me and had them correct it. Glass never got empty and she was a gem the whole time. 10/10

This is just your average McDonalds of Sports Bars. You can definitely find better wings elsewhere, but you will always get the same quality at any BWW you go to.
