Just ate here with a buddy and we had a waiter named Ben who did a terrific job as did the kitchen who came out with some great crispy non soggy rubbery wings they were really good!

Based on our numerous experiences and other reviews, it seems like this branch’s policy is to purposely forget your sides and/or sauces. There is no other explanation. It is not hard to check the receipt before sending it out. It’s an interesting business strategy and I guess it’s working for them so far but it sucks.

As someone who never leaves bad reviews because a) I think they’re a waste of time and b) they’re usually a rant catching a rare spotlight of a mistake…Something needs to be said about this particular branch of BWW. I’m actually being incredibly generous with my 2 stars because once we complained about a terrible experience and they gave us gift cards (kudos to them).Best case scenario, you’re gonna get your food with 1-2 things wrong or missing (a sauce, a side etc). Worst case your food takes 2 hours to arrive and arrives incorrectly and cold.We’ve given this BWW so many chances, it’s actually on us at this point. Why do we keep ordering from them knowing they’ll continue to not be able to read a receipt? Good question! Maybe we’ll finally learn our lesson and take our wings craving elsewhere. Just honestly blows my mind how consistently one place can get your order WRONG.

Ordered the 20/20 combo for pickup. Said my order would be done at 4:50. I got there at 4:50. I could tell as soon as I got my bag of food that it had been sitting there for quite some time. Sure enough, everything is cold. I'm also missing my french fries and I asked for sauce on the side and my wings had sauce on them.I just can't even with this level of incompetence. You guys did a spectacular job of messing up my order. never again.

Ordered online got their in 20min still had to wait 30min for my food. While sitting across from register noticed how disgusting it was under the register counter top. I saw everything from a mouse trap, dirty tissues, various food scraps, a full bottle of coke laying under there in plain view. After losing my original order finally got my food. Went to eat at home 10m later noticed a greasy white film on top layer of wings. Most of them were just coated chicken gristle very rubber like couldn't eat. Also looks like they ran my card 3times for the same order hopefully that gets fixed.

My family and I frequent this location at least monthly. The waitresses and service are much better than the West Des Moines location. We actually drive farther to this location than the WDM location because we feel the service and food is that much better.We ordered food to go this past weekend due to the frigid cold. We ordered the boneless wings and fries. Unfortunately this is where the disappointment begins. It took 30 min for the order to be fulfilled. We asked for the sauces on the side and we didn't receive two flavors. The food was only luke warm when I received it.I am hoping the cold led the team to a short staff and that is why we had problems with our order. We look forward to going to this location again soon.

Noah at the Merle Hay location is very customer service oriented. We order from this location a few times a month and had an issue with a different sauce being on our wings. I immediately called and let him know the situation and he remade them for us very promptly. He is very nice as well as the staff. Will definitely continue to order from here as we love the food, atmosphere and the staff. Very polite and super friendly.
