Placed an order online and it was done quickly. The food tasted fresh and warm. The service was good they were quick and got everything in my order like they never mess up my order everytime I go there. The best Burger King in my opinion and they have not failed me once. They need to get a raise or something cause they know what they’re doing. I placed my order at 5:39pm as of 11/24/25. Will go there again!

The night shift manager Tracy goes above and beyond! She's honestly the best! She is so kind and sweet! She remembers all of her regulars and is so accommodating! She honestly has become a friend! I come to this Burger King location just to see Tracy! She is the best!

Super nice cashier and the food was excellent. Best fries I've had from BK in years. Outside of building, drive thru, and lot were a bit sketchy but we took our chances.
Came at approximately 12:02am 01/08/25 and the employees hid in the back despite the new late hours and the store supposedly being open. Knocked at window, tried to order at drive thru, and called repeatedly with no answer. As I was pulling away watched the employees look and proceed to ignore the phone again. All lights were on and was supposed to be open until 2am. Horrible staff and service won’t be coming back. Don’t change your hours to be open late if your employees aren’t going to do their jobs. Went to mlk location instead and the staff was incredible and actually working!

Don’t know if this is a restaurant or a homeless shelter. Walked in and someone sleeping on the whole front bench. 1pm 11/13/24. You are next to a hospital with limited food options around you need to elevate the store.

They don't wear gloves unless you tell them bad managers horrible attitude I came at 909pm told manager they need to change top bun because they didn't wear gloves but had already touched top and bottom without gloves they also wouldn't make me another whopper when I complained I would appreciate it if you gave me a refund

Rude service. Said limited menu which is fine. No fries 30 mins prior to closing. Again fine. But no soda??? Won't be back!

Food was great just cheese was forgotten on an order for two people and the entire place was dead. The service was immaculate though, very friendly and got us a new burger since we didn't get cheese before hand. The fountain drink station worked just fine just one drink that was shared with the water kept getting into the water. Though the bathroom for the women's smells putrid, I'm not sure if it's even been cleaned.

Came shortly before close. Was helped at drive up. The woman working the drive appeared to be working by herself. She was fast and courteous. Original chicken and fries were hot and fresh. She gave me the BEST service I've ever received from this location. She's is quick! She does an awesome job! Friday August 2nd 2024 @ 1145 pm
