So I bought these coupons a couple months ago tru the drive tru for free items.I go to use my free small Pepsi and I cant use it unless I make a purchase it DOSENT SAY on the coupon I have to make a purchase!Really I spend my money there and BOUGHT the COUPONS!!!And you cant even give me a small drink !! When I already paid for the Drink! I will never ever be back Really just pathetic.Date 12/27/24

I am reaching out to notify your establishment of the mistreatment and poor customer service I received while patronizing restaurant #3817 in Des Moines, IA 50316. On Friday November 22 at 9:32, I ordered 2 croissanwiches and a glass of water. Upon payment I only received the croissanwiches and no water. I explained to Frankie I needed the water so I can take my medication before I ate, due to being an end stage kidney failure patient. In return I was told no and had a window shut in my face as I watched her continue to fill other orders. I felt disrespected and unimportant. I would hope this is not how you train your employees to behave towards paying customers. I would like to see this situation rectified and a formal apology from Frankie.

Tonight I ordered food for myself my daughter and my grandchildren and had it delivered So Not only was I paying for the food but I was paying delivery fees the food arrived I did not have all my food I tried to contact the store and it rings two or three times and goes to an answering machine I reached out to corporate office and they wanted to offer me a $3 coupon are they going to pay for my delivery also? When I spend $35 for food from Burger King I expect to receive all my food and when I don't I expect somebody to answer the phone in a place of business
Slow af. Spent 10 min waiting at the speaker to even place order. Had to pull forward to wait for food. Fries were hot and fresh but nuggets were just warm.

Listen this isn't AAA fancy well kept hotel. It was cheap and they had a room. No frills and my bathroom had such terrible black mold on the bathrooms

I didn't even get a chance to order. I sat waiting in the Drive-Thru for approximately 10 minutes and despite asking several times they would not let me order. They finally told me that they were working on a bunch of doordash orders and that they were going as fast as they could. I think it's a really crappy policy to ignore the people that actually go to your restaurant to complete doordash orders. Also, they wouldn't take my order so I feel like they were probably just getting more doordash orders while I was sitting there waiting. I ended up leaving after they told me about the doordash situation.
