I come here for lunch occasionally and it seems like each time I come, I have to wait longer and longer in the drive thru for my food. Just waited for 8 minutes in line AFTER I ordered and paid. Really frustrating when you’re on lunch break and only have a limited amount of time. Will not be returning.

If I could give this place a Zero star I would. They get my order wrong but mostly they take forever to get my food out. I order one plain burger just to be handed to me after 20mins later with everything on it the burger. Will not be returning.

Walked in and they said the lobby was closed. If the lobby is closed, they should lock it. Went through the drive through and forgot to ask for a water. When we went back through the drive through, they told us to get a water cup we had to make a purchase. We had just made a purchase, but they insisted we’d have to make another purchase to get a water cup. So my friend got an ice cream cone so I could get some water. I don’t know when that became Burger King policy, as I once worked for Burger King and there wasn’t any rule like this. The cashier was very rude and I think she just didn’t want to serve us.

The fact that there is a trash truck outside every night makes me never wanna go there like eww throw that trash away makes the business look bad don’t just keep piling it in your truck I can only imagine who’s truck that is and they are handling food yuck nope won’t do it

Customer service is horrible. Went to pick up an order from this restaurant for a customer doing delivery and the guy behind the counter told me that I needed to confirm the pickup. I haven't had a single burger king ask me to do this they just make sure I confirm what's on the ticket and then let me go about my day. The employee Ian argues with me over this being policy of this is policy then all locations should do it not just this one.
