Burger King

It's about the food but it's also about expectations. Everyone is understaffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The staff working were polite and helpful A nice normal Burger King. The restaurant was clean. The service was fast and efficient .The food was good and solid, hot and delicious, and the portions were really normal. I had the 2 for five dollar Whopper Jr. sandwich. I would recommend them.

BK, this place is a favorite of mine. This evening I indulged. I got the 3 for 7.00. The food was fresh and on point. But I want to thank the young man that was working the counter that evening. I didn't get to catch his name tho. SMH!! But it was close to closing time. Anywho... my phone was being stupid and this gentleman offered to look up the bus schedule for the time of the next bus. While he was bagging for the drive. While he was answering? 's from me and gathering my order. The place was clean and organized and quiet. Thank you kindly.

I came it around 12:15 am last night after the university Burger King wasn’t open/responding. The lady who took my order was incredibly professional and quick! Thank you for your quick service and attentiveness at this location!

To start off I don’t really come to Burger King but my mother was in the hospital so I was trying to get us some food. But My food was cold the food was also made incorrect not to mention the shift manager running the drive thru a female with curly hair was really rude an was cutting me off the whole time I was ordering you could tell she didn’t like her job. All around It was a bad experience an I won’t be returning.

Ive came here for breakfast, lunches and dinners and every time the crew has been great. Great attitudes food has always been great. Nothing but good things to say about this location.

I ordered a bacon king and a medium fry, so please tell me what the hell I'm doing with two whopper Jr's and deep fried peppers? Oh and if that's not messed up enough for you, the meal was almost $30 and I get less than $6 in refund.

Yeah I think it's pretty clear why I'm never ordering from there again.

Had a really rough day went to one fast food place and was treated horrible came to this Burger King Seth was so nice absolutely made my bad day better great team my food was fast and delicious! Thank you guys for being you!

I sat at the drive thru on Martin Luther King Des Moines site for 20 minutes. 5 cars in the other lane were waited on. I finally just drove to the window. Worker says glitch in drive thru lanes. Can't take your order. Pull around again. I said I'm not, and I'm never coming here again.

I'll rate this place a few stars because I've been in and out quickly enough in the past. But tonight, there were five cars total in the lanes waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes before anybody spoke to us, to say that they were backed up and it would be a while. Everyone in line left including myself. I like Burger King more than most fast food places and they definitely can compete on price and quality, but if this is a kind of service they give at dinner time on a weekend what does it matter?

Gave my girlfriend and I the complete wrong order then when told that stood there with a stupid look on their face for 5 minutes before getting the manager. Then the manager gave us the wrong food as well sad to say that burger doesn't care anymore about the customers.

Worse Burger King EVER, place so bad it litteraly needs to be closed down, it gets worse and worse every time I go hear, you can be waiting over 20 min in the drive through and it literally only bey 2 cars in the drive through line, its so slow when it’s not even busy, avoid this location at all cost they ALLLLLWAYS have some issues going on
