First time eating here. Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable prices, generous portions and delicious burgers and fries. I enjoyed the mushroom Swiss burger with perfectly seasoned crinkle fries. Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. He must’ve enjoyed it, he ate the whole thing! Glad we found this place, we will be back.

We tried out the newest Burger Shop location at 1255 Northwest 128th St, Clive (just off University, DSM far west side) for lunch on a Monday. Very new, very clean, plenty of seating, nice place. We had their Bacon Cheeseburger, which comes on a toasted bun, with tomato, lettuce, pickles and onion and two pieces of bacon. We ordered a second bun (75 cents) and split the burger for the two of us. Plenty big for two, tasty meat, slightly greasy but not bad. Usual hydroponic tomato. Sandwich was good. We had the meal deal, which included onion rings and Coke. The rings were crispy on the outside and not slimey inside, although kind of tasteless. This place is surrounded by offices so they must be anticipating office crowds for lunch. Bathrooms spotlessly clean, plenty of parking nearby, fast service. Good lunch place.
Went in for lunch around 12:15. There was a small line before and after me. The guy at the counter was friendly and they were getting people their food quickly. I ordered the chicken ranch wrap, fries and a drink with a side of ranch. I believe they charge extra for sides of dressing. The chicken in the wrap was warm and there was lots, the ranch seemed homemade and everything came out quick. Everything was tasty! No complaints.

Very good burgers at even better prices. I ordered the Diablo burger which seems to be a combination of the habanero burger and the jalapeño burger, which was very good but not as hot as the name would suggest. I was skeptical at size of the burger considering the lack of option to have any burger as double but it was plenty big on its own. All in all a very good eat for a very good price, and the spice on the habanero sauce isn't intimidating to people who don't enjoy spicy food.
