Use to come here once in awhile and a small group of us have decided to start again. Nice quite place...well except for the ladies working..extremely loud. It was food they were having a good time but we ended up moving to the other side for a little less cackling.

I love this Caribou so much that I won't get coffee anywhere else. My husband and I started coming only on Sundays back in the winter, but I had to crunch for a class in the early spring, so we started coming each evening throughout the week as well. I'm so glad that we did because we got to meet some of the closers, including Leslie! I can't speak for the hubby, but she's my favourite barista. While she was cleaning up one day she asked about what we do while we hang out here, and she listened to me talk her ear off about the class I was taking. She even asked me each week how it was going! It made me more excited to come back every evening so that I could share what I had learned with her. I finished the class back at the beginning of June, but we still come frequently during weeknights just to see her. There were a couple of weeks where we must've not synced up with her schedule because we didn't see her any, and it really wasn't the same. I was so happy when she came back!
I hope other people in the reviews give her a second chance, because she's really changed my experience at Caribou. We love you, Leslie! Can't wait to see your next crochet project!

Old lady behind the counter was grouchy and mean. Snapping at me and my wife when we were trying to order. Can't believe she's not fired yet with how many reviews I've seen. Bathroom was disgusting as wel.

No fresh half-and-half, just the little cups like you get at a gas station. The middle-aged woman who is usually behind the counter is about as charming as a snake bite. Good parking tho...awful experience.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, my iced crafted press was extremely tasty, as was my sandwich. I'd definitely recommend this location for great service and yummy food/coffee!
The older lady distracts the workers from doing their jobs and then acts like a hero when she grouches with the customers.
If it were only me or a one time occurrence, it would be fine but I have caught her doing this several times and with multiple people besides me.
She makes the experience very uncomfortable when it isn't even the customer's or the other worker's fault.

My husband and I come here nearly every Sunday to get a coffee, a breakfast item, and pastry each. The place is very cozy, and it's easy to sit for a couple hours just chatting or reading. Service is speedy, and all the baristas have been very kind.
The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, decently sized for the price, and the pastries are too. I enjoy the Mint Condition mocha which you can get all year round and reminds me of Christmas (although they do also have some Christmas themed drinks right now, also delicious!)
also the giant chalk board of community thoughts is pretty cool :)
