Stopped in on my lunch break while working at an elementry school. They were closed due to not having staff. I believe it was the manager that helped me and on a rough day for me I got a blue rasberry energy drink. She was so kind in a stressful situation and made my day. She deserves a raise

Airport coffee shop. Not much to say about the quality. Have had better experiences in local caribou’s but the staff here were indifferent to helping and even when they made a mistake had a who cares mentality. Shop is smaller than most around and for the price there are better coffees in the terminal.

Coffee is good but I'm getting pretty tired of the place being closed every time I try to go during what should be normal hours. And maybe try putting the closed sign on the outside of the Hy-Vee so people don't have to waste their time parking and walking inside?Edit: While I appreciate Caribou reaching out, nothing you're going to be able to give me at this point will improve the rating. The place just needs to be open when it says it is more often. And if it does need to be closed, please have a notice outside the store so I don't waste my time parking and walking inside the Hy-Vee, THEN having to find somewhere else to stop, when I'm trying to get out of town on a schedule.

Went in to this location before an early flight and was informed (rudely) by the woman working there that they don’t actually open at 6 even though their hours and sign say they do. Apparently she was not able to stop putting away cups to serve a customer.

If i could give this a zero star i would. The cashier was so unbelievably rude like me ordering a drink was inconvenient for her. And the gentleman making the drink, made a medium when i ordered a large. Then argued with me that it was a large and wouldnt remake it. I will never waste my time or money here ever again.

The coffee was bitter and cold. The customer service was awful. I won't visit this Caribou again.
