This place was filthy, the bathrooms were horrendous. I always thought Casey's was too of the line but not anymore.

I ordered two pizzas and two orders of cheese sticks. The cheese slid so bad on one of the pizzas it looked like someone chewed it up and spit it out. The other pizza was missing sausage and half of it was so burnt it was inedible as was one of the orders of cheese sticks. This is so unacceptable! Casey's should hire employees that value their work more than this. I see many other reviews share some of the same displeasures so it seems Casey's is not addressing the issues. With many options for pizza, Casey's will no longer be one of them.

I was looking forward to having a Casey store in my neighborhood but I don’t know what is going on at Ingersoll location, the pizza is terrible here customer service is not great . I’ve always thought that Caseys had great pizza, but not at this location. This store has a long ways to go in order to match other Casey’s stores. Needs to work on customer service and making pizza edible. Very disappointed

Half of my pizza was great, the other half was mangled. Not sure why I had to wait until I got home to find out they messed my pizza up putting it into the box. I've never ordered from this location but was close to it so I thought I'd give it a try buy after this I'll just keep going to my normal store.

Orderd a pizza around July they messed up my order and told me I'd get a free pizza at my convenience well you know what happened when I wanted to take them up on there promise they couldn't remember lol!

Came into buy some cigarettes and drinks and made a joke about “these aren’t all for me” and the cashier lady said “I don’t care”. Left the stuff on the counter and walked out.

Bacon egg and cheese was cold, cheese unmelted and egg partly frozen. Worst kitchen and quality management in Des Moines. Pizza slices are old, dried out and burnt. New pizza slices never put up until stale old pizza is sold. Stale pizza is never going to sell. Again it seems a management issue.

I've updated my review for this store from a 1 star to a 5 star! The new employees are amazing! They are friendly, and even remember my name! Top notch pizza freshly made and even more options! They have certainly stepped their customer service game up since they opened! I used to hate this caseys, but now visit often! They have gotten rid of the depressing, none friendly staff, and replaced them with one of the best Casey staff I know!

Was doing door dash order was supposed to be picked up by 11:50 got there and order wasn't ready. Workers did not have any customer service very rude lady's in the kitchen took 30 minutes for a small pizza unacceptable

Terrible management and service. Multiple problems that are not addressed and Noone is held accountable. They are supposed to open at 5 am. Dour days in a row the opening time was approximately 7 am. 8 am. 5:45am. And 6 am. How does a business run when opening when they want?

I applied to wok here because they had multiple signs saying “we’re hiring” and after 3 months finally was able to talk to the hiring manager which was a dude (this is a couple weeks after I applied online after I had already given them a resume showing that I have over 4 years gas station and retail experience ) he talked with me and really liked me and said when they start checking applications my name would be first. 4 weeks later I hear nothing back so I call and the new manager answers and I tell her I applied and sent in a resume and have experience and told her my availability and she said “judging by what you’ve told me it doesn’t seem like your a good fit but if something happens I’ll let you know” now every time I come in the same manager gives me a dirty look as if I’m not suppose to be there. Normally not being hired wouldn’t bother me but at this location every time I come in there’s only one person working at the time I said I was available and having over 4 years experience I know that gas stations have to have a minimum of 2 employees working at a time. I’ve also gotten food poisoning every time I’ve eating any kind of pizza from there aside from breakfast pizza which makes me think maybe they use bad sauce for regular pizza. The few workers I e met there are nice but a lot of them look like teenagers and they are definitely new. I’m 21 with 4+ years of experience and teenagers were chosen instead of me why??? Truly do not get it
