I picked the wrong night to order pizza. Ordered bbq chicken pizza. No sauce just chicken and cheese. Next time I’ll stick with frozen bbq pizza!

Took an hour and 15 minutes to get my pizza on a Saturday night. I don't know I they were just super busy or what but I was very disappointed. I finally got my pizza and it fell apart. All the cheese and toppings just fell

As a current New Yorker, I’m entirely too pretentious when it comes to pizza. And as a born-and-raised Midwesterner, I have a unique appreciation for thin slices the size of my face and short, thiccc slices loaded with toppings.My girlfriend, a native Iowan, has raved about Casey’s Pizza since we first started dating. I was skeptical for more than 2 years until this Thanksgiving when I flew back to Des Moines with her for the first time. I’m happy to say the wait was worth it.The breakfast pizza was filling and satisfying, but not at all too-heavy, given the toppings. I had both the bacon and sausage slices and was pleasantly impressed, while pairing it with a cuppa coffee. They were unique and flavorful and was a tasty, savory way to start the day. These two slices earned a 5-star rating.The pepperoni, taco, and cheese slices were more in line with what you’d expect from any local, run of the mill pizza joint. Heavy, cheesy, but enjoyable, nonetheless. The only thing that detracted from these slices was the fact that almost all the toppings on the taco pizza immediately fell off, and the other two were a bit too greasy for my taste.Still, for a convenience store, this is the best slice of pizza you’re probably gonna get in a pinch. I’m glad my girlfriend was right.

Driving down the road and had a sudden case of toddler bladder announced from the backseat. Looking around i start to feel like im about to have a mess to clean up when we get home. All of the sudden, like a beacon i see the caseys road sign up ahead. Thank you Jesus! Then i notice how many cars are in the parking lot and i start to feel concerned about bathroom availability, thankfully its the boy that has stated the issue. Now another problem starts to sneak in, dad isnt with us so he will have to go by himself (something he has done on occasion but not usually when its convenient- i mean he is still a toddler and cant be too accommodating) or we will still have to use the girls bathroom (some choices huh). We get inside and i start for the girls door and notice he isnt behind me then i hear can i go in the boys bathroom? I tell him sure but i cant go with him which he barely acknowledges before the door has closed behind him. Did have another customer exit the room and let me know there were no other guys inside if i wanted to check on him so i peeked inside all was well and thankfully clean. Stopped to buy a pkg of crackers before leaving and cashier was super friendly. Everything was awesome!

LOUD LOUD LOUD annoying tv ads at pumps. Makes it UNSAFE as everyone gets in their cars while fueling up to escape the noise.Going literally anywhere else when possible.

Don't ever try to call. I tried reaching out to see if I had mistakenly left my personal wallet there and I was listening to their go awful hold music for 15 minutes. Now don't get me wrong I understand places get busy but a 2 min long phone call should not take 15+ mins to answer.

We placed an order through the Casey's app for 2 large pizzas and received our confirmation email. Upon arrival, not only was our order not ready...the employee told us "it didn't even exist, they never got it". When asked how long it would take to prepare our order, we were told 45 minutes as they had other orders ahead of ours. We left and placed an order from Dominoes.

I love the pizza, but today I ordered a breakfast bowl and it made me sick. I’ve never had problems with the pizza but anything else like the bowl or biscuits and gravy.

They cancelled my order. I was not pleased. They charged me and I had to cancel it later. This location sucks but I think it’s a larger problem with the company that has similar service problems throughout

I’m beyond irritated with this location. I ordered off the app for delivery and when it arrived it was missing some items. So I called the store and was greeted by a nice lady that was genuinely trying to help, but she handed the phone off to a Connor, and he was extremely rude. Told me that even though I ordered through the Casey’s app that I needed to call doordash to get it resolved. After explain that I didn’t order through doordash so they won’t be able to help me, he told me then “go to the Casey’s app and figure it out”. Very disrespectful and offered no help or support. Then continued to bash the company for “some decisions they’ve made.” Never going to order or go to this Casey’s again. I’m out $60 now cause I didn’t get all my items, only thing I got was 2 cold pizzas.

Gave them coupon. They were racist and didn’t honor it left without anything absolutely the worst customer service ever maybe shouldn’t have headphones while working with customers will never be back
