I cannot comment on the chicken I just have not had a chance to get any but it smells good. The service was great. Only real problem was the homeless asking for $ to play the gambling game inside the store.

To many ppl begging for money outside, literally its so bad they follow you in the store trying to get a dollar or your change

Chester's is a community store just along University Ave in Des Moines. Very convenient and reliable when you need something, even after the hour. Beer, liquor, chicken, fries and more, are available here...
