I'm visiting here from another state, this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, The amount of steak they scooped into my bowl wouldn't even feed an infant, they literally scooped five or six pieces, And she had the audacity to ask me what else I wanted... Uhhhhh steak would be nice....

This is the last time I’ll come to this location. Every time I get steak it tastes like I’m eating rubber tires. It’s so overcooked and tough. The picture I posted makes the steak look like a rock. I took it all off of my bowl.

I paid for double carne asada so I’m paying almost $25 for a bowl for it to taste like garbage. It’s advertised as their most “tender” cut of meat.

I ordered to-go since I have a busy day, and now I have to improvise because I literally can’t eat it.

Staff are nice people but the food being trash doesn’t make up for it at all.

Extremely disappointed by my recent visit to this chipotle. Important food items were out like rice, carne asada and fajita veggies. The workers were in no rush to refill the empty items and the guy serving the food was unfriendly. They were in no hurry to keep up with the busy dinner line. Not only that the food was not kept at the proper temperature, it was cold when I ate it. I take food safety very seriously, since my family could get ill from consuming the food.

The service is amazing! I ordered at the store so they loaded up my bowl. The food tastes great and I love it so much. The space is clean and neat so I would recommend this spot

The woman that took my order east the problem. What kind of upset me was the fact that I asked for extra steak and I KID YOU NOT, she scooped nothing and poured nothing into my bowl but pretended like the did. I’m super Anti-confrontational so I didn’t say anything but they surely charged me fore extra meat even tho she scooped air into my bowl…. I felt super awkward and didn’t wanna say anything. I still give it 5 stars but I literally got 5 cubes of steak and I wish I was kidding

Cashier put bowl in bag causing all liquid to spill out. Bag spilled in car and tore due to the excessive liquid.

Steak was very fatty. I had to take out at least 6 pieces out of my burrito. The rice was decent. Probably won’t be back for awhile. If I experience better quality food next time I will update my review

They had NO RICE chicken was DEFINITELY dry, no kid meals ( and was mad that we asked about a kids meal)… drinks dispenser’s were empty looks like they haven’t cleaned it in a minute… the workers were very antsy, and very rude. My family loves chipotle and this was very disappointing and we were disrespected through the whole experience.Worst chipotle I’ve ever seen.

Chipotle is one of my all time favorite restaurants. I honestly was having a bad day and wanted to get my regular order. This order is such a staple for me that all my friends know what it is. So I came in as usual to get my food. I was served/assisted by the manager there named Marcus. While making my food we ran into the issue that they no longer had the meat I wanted. In quick and professional action Marcus let me try the other meats to see which I’d like. Marcus even saw that I got flustered since it’s been the same order I’ve gotten my entire life while going to chipotle. But Marcus not only stepped up but made me feel so appreciated and cared for. He saw I was a little disappointed so he gave me a discount to help with the issue. I was super appreciative and grateful for the discount. He understood my issue and quickly resolved it so I could still have a great meal but even better experience. I will always recommend Chipotle because of people like Marcus. He’s the reason why I love getting the right person at chipotle
