Ordered via doordash and what they say about getting less food is true. My burrito was smaller than a can of soda and missing the new sauce that I paid extra for (cilantro lime sauce). On top of that I was a chicken burrito and my chicken was burnt. Overly charred and literally crunchy.
And I was ordering because doordash had a free entree deal going on so i also got some tacos which they didnt put salsa on. Of course everything comes with a sticker and ingredients on it so to find that ingredients are missing is really unacceptable

Horrific experience for how much the food costs and to top it off.

I just went into the restaurant today and ordered my food. I have to say that it was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. I asked if there’s a newer management and they did confirm that a new Manager took over in 2024. I hadn’t been at that location in a few years due to the lack of cleanliness and Care that it was lacking from past management. It’s definitely visible seeing how much work they have put force into this location and I will no longer have to drive out of my way to enjoy some chipotle. I definitely recommend.

The food was fine, just normal Chipotle quality, maybe a little dry. The store however was incredibly dirty, we came in at 2:30ish closer to 3 maybe, and it still hadn't been tidied after the lunch rush. Half eaten food and bags on the tables, every single table had food remnants and the floor was the same. The ice was also out of the machine which the worker did fill up right away, but they had no napkins and no refills, and the coke we got tasted terrible. Overall wish it was cleaner, and I do understand restaurants being messing during rushes but the store was quite dead when we came in, and we watched staff switch out the trash bags but left all the half eaten food and napkins on all the tables as they walked by to switch the bags.

Good food and good staff at this location, the only problem is greed. $2.95 for guac is insanity when the Pancheros in this area has guac for only $1.95.

I ordered a couple high protein bowls that we saw on the online menu, but when I got there and ordered, the woman asked me what was in them. I didn't remember everything. The woman had to find a menu and look it up. She didn't even seem to know these bowls existed. But once she made them they were good. Lots of food which is good considering my three items were over $40.

Came into this location Friday February 6th over the lunch hour. I had a few coupons to use from a fundraiser event I attended and won in a silent auction. Found out coupons were expired, the manager on duty was able to let me use them. She didn't have to do that but she did. She was very kind in honoring that.

I went in store 1st time there with my family weather was horrible so hubby and bby stayed in the car i went in with my toddler she was so excited for getting her order... we ordered 3 burritos and 1 bowl and chips and guac. To start I thought they didnt have much veggies cause it was end of the day but based on reviews thats and always issue. But when i told them order and then 3 more people get in line behind me they seemed mad they mad i had to ask for all sides on the side and there want too many sides to add after 1st burrito and the ones they had he said that would all be extra like some sauce ... when paying i paid and employee checking me out but everything in a bag supposedly...because once home 1 of my burritos was missing... i was so mad we went all the way out there to order pick up in the horrible weather and still deal with the employees bad attitude and not get all my order. I submitted to contact us that same day and never got a response back i waited 11 min and no answer now the 1st pic. Shows another day i contacted them since i got no anwer back and all they did was say they would let the store know of issue so they are more alert yet who paid me back the money for my burrito im missing. Horrible customer service. Food was so so my hubby right away said he expexted it to be better yet infigured it might of been since they were kind of cold and not much veggies since thwy didnt have any was the reason for it . On a reg. Day dor $11 + for burrito los taqueros way better to go to than here.

I'm visiting here from another state, this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, The amount of steak they scooped into my bowl wouldn't even feed an infant, they literally scooped five or six pieces, And she had the audacity to ask me what else I wanted... Uhhhhh steak would be nice....

This is the last time I’ll come to this location. Every time I get steak it tastes like I’m eating rubber tires. It’s so overcooked and tough. The picture I posted makes the steak look like a rock. I took it all off of my bowl.

I paid for double carne asada so I’m paying almost $25 for a bowl for it to taste like garbage. It’s advertised as their most “tender” cut of meat.

I ordered to-go since I have a busy day, and now I have to improvise because I literally can’t eat it.

Staff are nice people but the food being trash doesn’t make up for it at all.
