I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I don't think I will be returning. Upon arrival the vibe was very strange. Employees seemed lost and confused about what they were doing and didn't have a clue about what any types of wines were. Since we were here for an event we ordered drinks first with the intention of ordering pizza later on in the night. The drinks were pretty standard and were made pretty quickly. After our event ended we tried to order a pizza which took a while. We had to ask for a menu AFTER the bartender/owner began taking our order so it felt very rushed and awkward. We ordered a small pizza with mushrooms and green peppers ($14) and oh my was it a sight to see. What we received was a paper thin rectangle with mangled burnt edges and half of the pizza dragging across the bar. I consider myself a cheese lover (born and raised in Wisconsin) but this pizza had TOO MUCH. Trying to grab a piece was a nightmare due to the super thin crust and mountain of cheese on top. The sauce didn't really have any flavor and just added to the sloppiness of the slices. I did appreciate that the peppers still had some crunch to them but that's the only thing we liked about it. Overall this establishment felt more like a bunch of friends hanging out rather than a business.

First time eating there. We had pizza and onion rings. Wasn’t disappointed in anything. Food and service were both good. My wife and I are different when it comes to food. She is a very picky eater, and there’s nothing I won’t eat. We’ve been to several places to find a pizza she likes, and for her, they have to have onion rings, too. She said that Chucks might be are go to place from now on for pizza, and onion tings. We both enjoyed it enough that we will be looking at other food on the menu next time. We will definitely be going back.

I ordered a large anchovy pizza which was awesome. Jade was very friendly and helpful so was the cook. I haven't been there in years but I definitely will be back.

I want to still love Chucks as much as I did ten or fifteen years ago but its just not quite there. The pizzas are smaller but more expensive. The old favorites are missing from the menu. The new folks are really kind and you can tell they're giving it their all! The service was slow and the information given was inconsistent. Items were forgotten. Overall the nostalgia is there and the food is still super tasty!

Had a party of 6, great food and great time was had by all. Onion rings were the best I've ever had, thin, very crispy, just the right amount of seasoning. Best of all not greasy. My pizza was perfect also, thin, tasty crust, that held up the ingredients. Looking forward to going back! Great job Chucks!❤️

The over salted cheese logs were the best part. The whole burger and bacon were burnt. The waitress was hustling but no sign of help, so an hour later we finally stopped and pleaded her for a 2nd round of drinks. Food after 1.5 hours and it was not busy at all. Wouldn't eat there again.

Fun atmosphere, smaller restaurant which my wife and I enjoyed.

Problems were with the food. Fried ravioli as an appetizer, taste was okay but they were overdone and hard to bite and cut.

My wife ordered chicken parmesan and it was the same way, very over cooked, dark brown and dry. I would have asked to send it back but my wife didn't want to make a fuss.

I had the Philly cheesesteak, the roast beef was too salty for me. Not sure if this is their typical presentation or if I just got a bad one.

We liked the atmosphere enough we may return, but if the food prep is this bad again it may be the last time.

Another delicious dinner at Chucks. Fried chicken livers - they make them just right, fettuccine Alfredo, cavetelli, and beef and onion pizza. Good service and good food!

The Breaded Tenderloin is excellent - nice crispy seasoned batter outside and juicy tenderloin inside. Nice portion size too!

Chuck's just isn't what it once was, despite new investment in the place. Food was not very good for any of the four of us adults.

Food was inedible. I've never seen a crust more strange. It's NOT the original recipe. Not a true Margarita pizza either. Literally ALL SAUCE. A few specks of cheese. Crust so thin it was like eating burnt saltine crackers. Cheese sticks were awkwardly large. And EXTREMELY expensive. It's sad.
