Ordered a kid’s meal and didn’t want sauce at the time, kids changed their mind when we got the meal and Culver’s wouldn’t give me a BBQ sauce without paying $0.3X. I show them my receipt and the asst manager just turns away and didn’t want to take care of me. I then try to talk to another worker (that took my original order) and he says that it’s their policy. I don’t care about your policy. I understand that your inventory would be off but that’s not my problem. They need to address that concern with their computer system. Also, they need to get Pepsi back And two of the chicken strips were under cooked.

The food here is amazing but these damn drive through lines are insane we have sat in line for 45 just to get food and I am right this is the line (it's been 30 min already). They need to expand the drive through because it's backed up through the parking lot.

Every time I go to this location, they get my order wrong. The receipt is correct, the order confirmation I get with my incorrect order is correct. So it must be the cook that can’t seem to get it right.

Such good food. This fast food joint is always serving hot and fresh food! Definitely a busy location but the wait is not ridiculous. Sweet treats are always delicious. My kids enjoy the food as much as me!
