I've been to this location multiple times with my dog and have always been offered a pup cup. I went through when the owner was there, and asked for a pup cup. In for the very first time ever I was charged for a pup cup. Out of every coffee shop, ice cream shop, every dairy Queen, I've never once been charged for a pup cup. Even Subway offers a little free meat, and most places even have dog treats they hand out. On top of that she was rude about it too.

Asked for a cookie dough blizzard and got no fudge mixed in and instead of cookie dough it was peanut butter… ummm what if I was allergic do your job right

This particular DQ must be owned by the cheapest person in the metro. They don't participate in the upside down promo, they put almost no flavor in their blizzards, so they all taste like vanilla, and they charge $1.45 for pup cups (with no treat). The blizzard attached? Pumpkin pie. I live less than a mile away, and will go out of my way to go to a different DQ.
Watched a small female worker drop the little metal thing they blend our blizzards with on the floor and simply pick it back up and rinse it in water. Frankly I find that metaphorically and quite literally disgusting.

The lady that says she the owner was very rude and not professional she was screaming. I asked her if she is ok she said speak up I can not hear you she said she was the owner the lady in pink shirt and jeans She I also seen a cockroach climbing the window, so I told her to cancel my order and I left. I will never order food there ever agian.
