Had a coupon valid through August of 2026 (it’s November of 2025) for buy a blizzard get a blizzard free. When we asked to use the coupon the girls at the window said they talked to a manager and said we can’t use them. When we asked to speak to the manager they said the manager wasn’t there and they were not able to answer any questions or honor our coupon. Very unhelpful and told us they could not accept a valid coupon. Bad service.

I've visited the location on Army Post Road many times. I've always had a great experience ordering through their drive thru. The food is always fresh and their shakes are amazing and fairly priced. So glad they've been open much later in the season than in past years.

Every time I try getting ice cream here the kids take as long as possible. Straight up see them just messing around. Understand it is a busy location but it does not faze anyone. Had to leave this location almost every time I enter. As a young adult myself I don't understand how people don't get fired first thing during rush hours.

This DQ has been there for ever. Run by the same family, doing the same DQ quality and flavors and friendly staff.
This DQ is super amazing but always incredibly busy!!!! Their drive thru typically extends into the street during peak hours, which can be unnerving when there's a lot of traffic! I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for this issue and the long amount of time it takes to get your items and go.
As far as the product's go, every order has been made to PERFECTION! I just wish they maybe had more people working at once maybe to accommodate their super high volume of cusromers!
PS- Their new blizzard,, the Royal Reeses Fluffernutter, is AMAZING!!! Also, be sure to download the DQ app to get coupons and earn points on all of your purchases when you scan your receipt!!! You'll get free items in the future, which is most definitely a huge perk!!
