To say we were in a tough spot would be an understatement. Mya was able to save the day by preparing an ice-cream cake order in an incredibly short amount of time, with very little information, for an important event. She did a great job and the event was saved. 10/10 service!
The Dairy Queen in Windsor Heights is hands down the best Dairy Queen in the Des Moines Metro area! It may not be the biggest location, but they make up for it with excellent service. They are always well-staffed, and orders come out quickly, even during busy times. The manager on duty is incredibly friendly and always goes out of his way to be helpful. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, making it a top spot for a quick treat. Highly recommend!
The ice cream and service were great, as for the place, it seemed it needed some housekeeping. Tables were dirty, the floor seemed like it needed a good mop, the light fixtures were dirty, and the ceiling tiles had moisture spots.
