Ordered a cake for my daughter online Sunday. I called to confirm pick up today 2-7 and I'm guessing the owner answered the phone at 9:00 a.m. and he said someone should have called me because the edible image that I ordered they don't sell no more and someone should have called me I said oh no I didn't know he apologized for No One contacting me and told me he was going to give me a deal on the cake and I was appreciative and he said he didn't open till noon...

To say we were in a tough spot would be an understatement. Mya was able to save the day by preparing an ice-cream cake order in an incredibly short amount of time, with very little information, for an important event. She did a great job and the event was saved. 10/10 service!

The Dairy Queen in Windsor Heights is hands down the best Dairy Queen in the Des Moines Metro area! It may not be the biggest location, but they make up for it with excellent service. They are always well-staffed, and orders come out quickly, even during busy times. The manager on duty is incredibly friendly and always goes out of his way to be helpful. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, making it a top spot for a quick treat. Highly recommend!
