Was told it would be 2.5 hrs to deliver 1 hr after I ordered. Offered to come get it, got there and they were skipping orders because of “weather”. They then double charged us for the order, refused to remake and our food was cold. 0/10 and will be there to see the owner tomorrow when they open.

Got out of ez money and was waiting for my ride and the girl came out told me I couldn’t be in front of the dominoes and the delivery guy stayed in his car till my ride got here just staring at me mind you I had not been outside for more than a minute tops all I needed was the not to stand there didn’t need to be watched

One of the worst stores in Iowa no matter what time of day it is the store is very very slow order from before told me 10 minutes hour and a half later my pizza was finally going in the oven just order today and the same thing they should call this the 2-hour Domino store don't matter if you walk in deliver or pick it up you will wait

The last two times I've ordered online, I was only able to get part of what I ordered because they weren't properly stocked. Delivery took way longer than necessary the second time. Not worth the $20 tip I included in the bill. Couldn't be bothered to cut the pizza square as instructed. Salads are overpriced as well, considering the portions and freshness. I'll get my pizza from Northern Lights from now on.

Ordered food at 9:49 pm with a delivery window of 45 minutes. I didn't receive my order until 11 pm. I watched the delivery driver on the app and it kept changing between 4 minutes away to 2 minutes away for 10 minutes straight. Very disappointed
ordered from here one time and i did not get my food said they called the number then said a number that wasn’t mine.why would you call a number that the offer was not placed with?then today ordered again after 2 months and i ordered at 3:09 they said 30-40 min wait they did not arrive till 4:30. terrible service the workers are moody would not recommend

Ordered pizza ahead of time online while I was at work for my kids..I paid with my credit card. It Said it went through.. when the lady delivery driver rudely beat down my door she tried to claim to my kids that we never paid it online even though it said I did. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't leave it because I never paid for it so I paid again. . I had to call the bank to cancel out the other payment. This location is so rude. Even the manager when I call the store was rude and tried to say I didn't pay it online. Even though when I went to it online it shows my payment was there. This happened about a month ago. .
