Ordered pizza ahead of time online while I was at work for my kids..I paid with my credit card. It Said it went through.. when the lady delivery driver rudely beat down my door she tried to claim to my kids that we never paid it online even though it said I did. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't leave it because I never paid for it so I paid again. . I had to call the bank to cancel out the other payment. This location is so rude. Even the manager when I call the store was rude and tried to say I didn't pay it online. Even though when I went to it online it shows my payment was there. This happened about a month ago. .

Depending on the day do not order from East University because if it’s really busy, you have to wait an hour and five minutes for the food and the temperature does not meet my satisfaction so I definitely deserve one star. Delivery, I wish I never tipped them because now my pizza isn’t even hot and fresh. East university delivery dominoes sucks 50% of the time.

Placed my order at 11:19pm was given an estimated time for delivery of 20-25 minutes. It was now an HOUR later so I gave them a call to see what was going on with my order and they said “our driver couldn’t find you” I then told them I didn’t received a phone call or anything from the driver. They then put me on hold multiple times until the guy on the phone stated his driver was having a difficult time ??? Yet they never called me to tell me they couldn’t find my apartment or complete my order. He then stated they will make me a new order and get it placed an hour and 15 minutes LATER. & this was only because I called them. They were never going to call me to tell me they were unable to make the delivery. He also did not offer a coupon or any discount or apologized for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional. I even tipped the driver 20 percent. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I think it’s stupid that there’s a $35 online order limit if you’re paying cash. Was .56 cents over and it wouldn’t let me do my order. So you guys lost my business and I ordered from papa John’s instead
Came here after bad Dominos experience. Me and wife have now been consistent customers. Donald and other team members make our pizza to order correct everytime! Great Dominos ? Great People ? Professional Customer Service ?

I tried for a hour to order on line last night then when I would try to check out it would tell me oops their was a problem and wouldn't let me. So it seems they turned off the order machine on their end so people couldn't. Wtg to loose business. Thank dominoes
