Pizza was clearly burnt/OVERCOOKED! The loser manager lied and said they pulled it out “early”, and it clearly wasn’t. I was not going to waste gas to drive back. Would NOT go to this establishment again nor recommend it!

This Dominos is are COMPLETE THIEVES!!! I did an order online ordering three large pizza for a total of $47.10 for delivery that I ordered at 11:30pm on 12/01/23 I waited about 45 minutes to call to see when my order going to be delivered the lady on the phone about 10-15min that app tracking is glitching and the driver is using Google map to complete the delivery deliveries it’s now 1:51am a the store closed at 1am and no delivery. This unacceptable and I want my money back!!!!

The manager Crystal is so hard to work with. When something wrong happens with my order, I know she's working. The drivers, other workers, even the food is great. She just seems to miss things on orders or last time my pizza sat on quality check for two hours so I drive there to get my pizza and SHE handed me my 2 hour old pizza, like it hadnt been sittingvthere the whole time. Today she neglected to send two items in the order. I called in because food was missing hoping for a simple, ya we will send that right out, or a sure let me refund those items back to you, but no i got a frustrated woman saying I was mad and then she hangs up on me. Ya I'm not kidding.........I miss my east university store, the manager here is something.Time to find a different alternative for cheap pizza

One of the worst dominoes in the city. Never gets my order right, managers hang up on customers; This store has genuinely gone down hill in the last month. Order anywhere else. Sent completely wrong pizzas one week and refused to refund.
I've never got my food I ordered they said the driver just handed it to a person outside without verification of name or apartment Worst company to oder from. Plus never got my money back.

They forgot a part of my order and the driver said she would bring it back but she never did and wouldn't answer anytext or calls. When I called the restaurant number they just spent me to a call center.

Never ordering anything from here again! They mess up orders and their delivery drivers just hands food to random people instead of confirming with the person that ordered the food! When you call to talk someone they are very rude about it!

$25 for the pizza to be half giant air bubbles. Literally bread with no sauce with a couple pepperonis thrown on. Got 6 tots burnt so bad they were all black. The whole staff and managers desperately need replaced here. Don’t bother wasting your money just drive to Pizza Hut or Casey’
