This is the only Dunkin near me because they closed the good one but this place always has new people that really don’t know what they are doing. I simply asked for more almond milk in my iced coffee and they came back with the same color coffee. I had to ask them to make it twice and it’s still undrinkable. I threw the whole thing away and went to scooters. Train your people to understand what the costumer wants because we are the ones drinking it! The two men that were working today at this time didn’t care or understand extremely disappointed and probably will not be going to Dunkin especially not this Dunkin!

The girl that answered the drive thru didn’t seem happy to be there yesterday and then my drink was wrong and told me it was so I left and took a drink and knew there was no almond milk if any so I drove back around and older lady made it right but I shouldn’t had to do that. Very disappointed

You were out of green tea , no customers, but still had to wait I have been to 2 locations this week, they were out of Green Tea at both locations, as well as some of your food choices. They didn't know how to make an iced coffee. They told me on the south side on Southwest, ninth, in Des Moines Iowa very disappointed, I will not take any of my clients to your facility. Moving forward we will find another place to go

I’m tired of coming into this Dunkin’ Donuts and not getting my order correct. Last time I came I had to drive off because I was frustrated the person taking my order didn’t speak good English. I tried to be as patient as I could and I felt he was playing a game. Went back a few weeks later to try the new cereal milk latte and got an order of the loaded hash browns I even paid extra for the sauce I only got a little bit of sauce it was extra cold and there wasn’t anything extra about it. I do not like this location.

I admit it's the first time I have ever had a Dunkin donut, it was a life changing experience for me! It was ? I don't think there is a word that describes a fresh donut from Dunkin other than freaking awesome super fantabulous deliciousness. And there expresso is underrated and I always order a widow-maker which is my name for a triple shot and they always give me extra! So they are getting a 5 star review

Would NOT recommend this location. Went in and they gave me the wrong drink and couldn't figure out what I was wanting and had actually ordered until I explained it in detail then they had to ask 2 other employees about what it is before making it. Then it proceeded to come out overly filled with syrup and hardly blended. Personally won't come back to this location since nobody seemed to be able to understand me.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Johnston IA because I had a coupon for a free latte. It still wasn't worth it. I asked for mocha flavor but what I got was regular coffee. I tried to call twice to complain but no one could bother answering the phone but at least the employees were having fun talking & laughing while i was ther. This is why I go to Scooters. They know how to make a decent latte...😡

They have a free donut event for each person, so I bring my niece, but they said no donut for her bc she is a kid[ 5 years old ], .... uhm, excuse me. What kind of discrimination is that? This is not kid friendly at all.🤨🤨

This review is a two star only because the manager, via phone, managed to solve this issue amicably. Asked for a small double shot latte. Was given a ice latte. Asked for a hot latte. Received a double shot of espresso with foam. Asked them to redo it. I want just steamed milk ( as a latte should be). Received the same thing. The employee said that was how she was taught to make a latte. I said , “Okay, I want double espresso with steamed milk.” She said she didn’t know how to make it. I said I’d take a refund. She didn’t know how to do that. I said she needs to call the manager and find out how to do it. Then she told me I should leave because I was talking rudely to her. I told her to call the manager so I could talk to him. Ryan, the manager, via phone, was very professional and helpful. He upgraded my latte and walked the employee thru how to make a proper latte. Good help is so hard to find!

Used to be a fantastic DD, but in the last few weeks they somehow forgot how to even make a donut. Seems like they lost all of their original staff who were phenomenal.
