I was there this morning March 2025 and something seems to be going right at this store. I was greeted by two employees and everyone seemed to be enjoying their work. Kudos to the entire team!

The staff here is very disrespectful. Why would anyone misgender a customer with the name Stephany. It's interesting the owners don't realize the quiet boycots and subsequent loss of many customers that happen as result of just one employee who happened to be a bigot interacting with the public...

There are plenty of other donut shops! I would think the owners would train their employees better to interact with the public 10% of which are LGBTQ.

If I could give 0 stars I would literally the worst location I been to manager was rude as hell I waited almost a half hour for my food came out cold and was missing items definitely will not be back DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Well I love, Dunkin' Donuts but this was a let down. Hit the drive-thru on my way home from an appointment and got another youth disinterested in his job. Let's start off with with not ending our order with a total or second window please. His name was never mentioned. At the window we were met by a youth in a Converse T instead of a uniform and name tag. My donut was stale and my hot coffee was cold. My husband's drink was a mocha and tasted good. I should mention neither had whipped topping and I believe they should have. My cup was also dirty.

Went there to pick up an order. Arrived at 11a. This is 20 minutes after the order was placed. At 1105 and 1110 I asked about the order. Finally at 1115 she says she will start making it. 35 minutes after it was ordered she started it

It’s the worst drink ever the coffee so bad and Burnt took them forever to make the drink and the sandwich came after 30 minutes of waiting

August 2024. Some of the rudest AM staff being displayed at this location. And also a manager just sitting on her laptop while her staff is behind on orders. It will definitely seek other locations or competitors than come to this Dunkin location again.
