This is the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to. I live in this area and it’s a very convenient location, but the staff is always snippy disinterested and just overall hate their jobs. On numerous occasions, I’ve waited over 15 minutes in the drive-through for my drink.

I’ve also had to walk in to get my drink because they were taking so long One time when I did walk in to get my order they dropped one of the drinks in front of me, and instead of cleaning it up, they all just continued walking over the spill and making the replacement incredibly slow.

Another time I went through the drive-through and nobody was coming to the drive-through window to the point where the person in front of me sent a passenger in their car into the store to see which would be faster. Once it was my turn at the window, I experienced the same thing of nobody coming. After multiple minutes somebody in street clothes, shoving a doughnut in their mouth wearing a backpack opened the window to see what I had ordered. They proceeded to hand me the wrong stuff. Overall, after giving this location, multiple chances, I won’t be going back again. They are slow and their customer service is awful.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for years, and the experience has stayed consistent: you get your coffee, the staff are friendly enough, and that’s that. Nothing extraordinary, but it gets the job done.

Now, the parking lot… well, it’s a compact little maze in a strip mall lot, so you get what you get. Maneuvering in there feels like a mini driving test, and just as a heads-up: I was once the victim of a hit-and-run in this very parking lot. Not Dunkin’s fault, but maybe keep your head on a swivel and have insurance. Just a suggestion.

I unfortunately was a long time customer at this location. I would say they would get orders right about 60% of the time but I was forgiving because they would normally be able to remake it or it was only small mistakes. For reference, I would order a iced vanilla latte, I have gotten iced teas, iced coffees, but regardless, I am an understanding person so as it was frustrating, it didn't stop me from going there. Today, I got my usual, iced vanilla latte, and wanted to add one pump of caramel. Got the drink and it looked the correct color so I pulled away from the drive thru. They had filled my drink with chai, I am allergic to cinnamon. I looked at the sticker on the cup and it was put in correctly, iced vanilla latte with a pump of caramel swirl. I now have hives and had to leave work early today. This is my last straw. So beyond concerning, disappointing, and terrifyingly unsafe. I am not sure if I am able to do anything about this, but protect yourself and children from this place. I am lucky it is not as severe of a reaction as it could have been.

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru at window for 2 medium coffees. I Almost drove away. Finally got our coffee, paid in cash, $6.55 thereabouts. Took our 7 dollars said thank you and slammed the window shut without giving change. Will never go to Dunkin ever again.

I ordered two drinks, the first was a vanilla-flavored iced coffee, I tried it and it tasted horrible, I thought it was because of the flavor, but I ordered another drink, which was the mocha-flavored iced coffee, and it tasted just as horrible. I don't know if something was expired, but it gave me a bad experience.

Waited 15 minutes at the counter for someone to take my order. We were the only ones in the store and there was one car in the drive through. None of the 5 employees who watched me come in came to help. One employee kept taking out a part of the coffee machine to clean it, put it back, and do it all again, just to avoid taking our order. Eventually an older lady (manager?) came and asked if we had been helped. We said no and she seemed upset that another employee had not helped us yet. She took our order and everything got sorted. I just couldn’t believe it took 20 minutes of standing at the order counter for someone to come help. Food was good and coffee was good, just the service that was sub par. Hope everyone that works here is doing alright.

Would not refund me for something they do not have in store. Very upset and they were not helpful at all, which just made me more upset. Should refund when they cannot offer a product that I paid for.
