This location has struggled for several years now finding hard working people who are dedicated to their job and show up but the new owners of the place have gone above and beyond!! They have been so nice and the food is fresh, coffee is well made, and they do it all with a smile! They are very hard working and you can tell they want to make your experience pleasant, HIGHLY recommend this location!!

I would write it a zero star, but that isn’t an option. Every time that I go, there is a problem. Either the woman in the window giving me an attitude, or the food undercooked, or handing me the wrong drink altogether. My friend was very upset with how we were treated and called corporate, then the operator was a joke and waited for us to even say anything before she could say hello, then after explaining what happened she put her on hold, then disconnected the call.
Don’t waste your time or money. I even redeemed rewards to get a frozen drink and was handed a hot mocha. My friends and I will not be back. Not to mention the cold middle of a breakfast sandwich I got.. we won’t let it ruin our day but you guys should be ASHAMED of yourselves.

Was in today 7/5/23 around 1030, not busy at all, but still ended up walking out due to no service. Stood at the register for about 8 min with no help, on top of the the employees cursing... I guess this truly is a east side hood dunkin donuts. Won't be back.
