Manager yelled at me this morning after I ordered a blender that was made incorrectly. New girl with glasses was not sure how to make the drinks, was nearly in tears because the manager was ordering her around to move faster and make all of the drinks. Was just the manager And young girl with glasses. I waited about 20 mins for a remake :(

Customer service is nonexistent. Tried to get assistance no one would come to the counter to help. One person came over but then turned away. When I started to order. After 10 mins of being ignored the person that came in with me said we should just leave because they didn't want our business. It wasn't something we said or did because we never got asked if we needed help or what we wanted to order. We walked out and went to another coffee shop down the road.

Each morning when I pull up in the drive thru, multiple workers know what I drink and ask if I want any of the food items I usually get. I think it's great they remember me and my order! And at the window I'm always greeted warmly.

I visit this location EVERYDAY I pre-order by 630 am and this is what starts my day out perfect!!! every visit they ladies and gentlemen are always smiling very welcoming always leave happy and my granddaughter looks forward to showing her new toys ABSOLUTELY MY DUNKIN !!!!!
So I order my breakfast online 5 days a week I spend money with Dunkin. One thing I have to say is that the employees CANNOT follow instructions on orders. I order a bagel with cream cheese and request it to be LIGHTLY TOASTED. I don’t have time to pull over from drive thru to check my bagel to make sure the employees read my request that’s is given on the receipt that is stuck to the front of my bag. The bagel was literally burnt, crispy and smells burnt. Money waisted!

This location has struggled for several years now finding hard working people who are dedicated to their job and show up but the new owners of the place have gone above and beyond!! They have been so nice and the food is fresh, coffee is well made, and they do it all with a smile! They are very hard working and you can tell they want to make your experience pleasant, HIGHLY recommend this location!!
