At the drive through I was quoted $20 for a dozen donuts.And they're not even made out of gold. There's other places just as good if not better to buy less expensive donuts

Got a sparked drink this morning and it has sparkling water in it. I tried it before leaving and was not a fan. The guys working there this morning gave me a suggestion and remade my drink with Starry soda and it was so much better. Highly recommend. These guys were awesome and remade my drink for me no problem.

Took 25 minutes for them to make two coffees (one iced one hot). No acknowledgement while I just stood and waited with 6 other people.One single person asked me about my order at the very end to find it was done and just sitting- my hot coffee was already cold. Don't waste your time and money here

The service and food has gone extremely downhill. I'd rather drive 30min to another location then come to this one again. The customer service is non existent and food is always burnt. I order my coffee the same way every time and it's always taste different each time. I won't be coming back to this location.

These people are always really nice even when it’s busy. These other reviews are short sighted because they are training new staff but I’ve only had great service here, they’re always willing to make it right, I’ll forever be a customer.Molly was incredibly nice and helpful when the app malfunctioned. 10/10 I’m grateful that this isn’t a Starbucks.Customers that give 1 star reviews are petty and have no business giving a hollow opinion.

Seriously so done with this place. We live super close so we were going here a lot. 2-3x a week. I understand being short-staffed, but this place is just awful. We joke about how badly they’re going to screw our order up before we even leave. I always order ahead of time in the app, get up there, wait in line a minimum of 25 minutes, just to finally get up the the window and NEVER get what we ordered. I believe we’ve gotten a full, correct order once in the past year. It used to be that I’d just tell them and they’d fix it, but now they’ve gotten extremely rude and defensive when you tell them. Last week they got my order wrong, all 4 things, I told them at the window, they told me to pull up and I did, then she brought out another wrong order. I went inside and told them it was still wrong, and they argued over whose fault it was and over who had to remake it right in front of me. Took a good 40 minutes just to get what we wanted. Happens WAY too often. I’ve emailed corporate about it and get the generic “we strive to provide you with good service, here’s a $5 coupon” message. So, yeah, officially worth driving the extra 5 minutes to Scooter’s in P. Hill!

I was the only person in the store. Stood there for 10 minutes. Didn't get a hi how are you. No, I'll be with you in a moment. Nothing. Nobody said one word to me and I was the only one there. Im sure there was a line outside but all I needed was an Im sorry we are very busy, we will be with you in a moment. But I got nothing. I left after 10 minutes of nothing. You would think after 10 minutes something could have been said to me.

This Dunkin’ Donuts the food is great the people are nice but it is the slowest one in town. I have been sitting in drive-through for 33 minutes and I still haven’t gotten even to order yet. They need to get somebody in there that gets people trained him to move faster cause fast food means fast food!!!!

I understand the whole world is short staff be kind but this location never fails to make orders wrong, be unprofessional, and provide a bad service.While waiting at drive thru employee making coffee had airpods on and was jamming out to music when I receive my latte it was only half way filled.Anytime I come to this location there are always employees standing and staring. Drive thru cashier seems like she has no clue on what she’s doing. She stared at me till I handed out my card. Not once did she acknowledge me. I always say thank you but at this location they don’t know what thank you means because they never say it back. Unfortunately it’s the only location closest to me and I hope changes are made.
