There was only one person working so you had to download the app and order pick up or go through the drive thru. The lemonade was watered down. They didn’t have any napkins in the dining room. Since no one is working the counter, you can’t even ask for them. Not great way to do business.

Relatively clean for the neighborhood and conveniently located near a busy veterinarian with long wait times. Clerk helped me use my Upside App to save money. Food was fresh.
What!? A tip cup taped to the pick up window? I drove up to your store, ordered thru a speaker, drove up to the window to pick up my order, and saw a tip jar taped to the window! Ridiculous!

I went through the drive through on SE 14th in Des Moines and cashier kept rolling her eyes and was very rude and if you don't like your job you shouldn't be in customer service I been coming here for years and now I won't be back due to dissatisfaction

I usually love ordering from Dunkin’ Donuts but this particular location left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a Caramel Creme Frozen Coffee, I told them what I wanted 3 different times. They sounded very annoyed I had to correct them 3 different times, they closed the drive thru window in my face w/o letting me finish my sentence. They looked at me dumbfounded & yet gave me the wrong coffee, pretty much shoved it in my face & told me to go. I’m not sure how the training here works but I understand there’s always a new coffee drinks coming out but train your workers better on the new drinks & train them with patience.

I ordered a LG. Iced Chia Lata, I get to where I'm taking my friend tea. And guess what it tastes like coffee. She doesn't drink coffee at all. Plus, I had added extra chia, 8 pumps.
