Friendly staff whether you're going through the drive through or stopping in. Coffee is always strong and they don't skimp on flavoring when you ask for it. Food is always hot and tastes freshly made. Definitely my go to Dunkin in DSM.

I only order one doughnut and they give me for doughnut I’m asking for my refund and I guess they can’t ugh yes you can give a customer refund. I just want my refund I have the doughnut sitting there. I’m not asking to much

The coffee was good but if going in the morning the drive through is not well lit. The drive through board flickers and it is a bit creepy.

I would give it 0 stars if I could, but I can’t so I gave it a 1star. The employees don’t look like they want to be there, and when ordering it was hard to hear what they would say due to talking so quiet even tho the place was practically empty of people. Moreover, my orders are always tasting off or not correct. Customer service needs improvement.

They told me my mail would be cheaper if I got a coffee so I get the coffee it ends up being more expensive than what it would have been in the first place and she laughed about it then handed me spoiled food that I ended up having to throw away in the trash because she told me that there's no such thing as refunds there. She laughed about it. She must love working a fast food job.

If I could give less than a star I would. I visited this location this evening to get a coffee and a couple donuts for someone I was visiting in the hospital. Not only did I have to wait and extenuating amount of time just to get anybody to greet me at the speaker. Once I was greeted I had to repeat my question three times. All I simply asked was if they had many options left for donuts as I knew it was close to closing time. The person I asked walked away from the speaker said nothing. I said hello. Another person comes to the speaker asks what they can help with. I repeat my question, asked if they had two of a specific donut to which he replied. Yes. I pull around behind another customer. They were assisting again, wait a ridiculous amount of time and as soon as I pull up to the window a girl comes up and states she does not have what I'm asking for. I understand it's hard to find quality associates and this market but this was absolutely unacceptable and I do hope that nobody else has to experience this and it gets addressed.

Great experience here- I went inside, it was very clean and the food was correct, delicious and came out very fast. I went in the late morning. It’s a little tough to get to the location and a little hard to see from the street if you’re just driving by. I’ll definitely return for some tasty donuts, coffee and breakfast sandwiches!

Ordered a matcha, recieved milk slightly tinted green with no flavor. Dunkin usually has good matcha. They don't answer the phone and disconnect instead of going to voicemail so you can't leave a message. And they charge a dollar for glasses of water.
Service was good but food was poorest quality of any Dunkin donuts I've been to. Also they forgot one of my orders of hash browns.

Morning shifts always great! Orders always correct & pleasant. The shift that closes on the other hand, I’ve ordered later in the day 3 times & all 3 times my beverage would be wrong. They come off as if they’re being bothered when customers come to order so I don’t even bother turning around & asking them to fix it. I really love Dunkin but tonight I wasted my last $13.

I went here with my family, and there was employees outside with two people and hoodies with a heads up. It was just felt very sketchy and weird. When I got to the window, I had to remind the person to drive-through what I ordered to receive the orders as I already paid as he seemed to have forgotten that I needed the rest of my collections. We went through the drive-through at 4:30 PM. His eyes were red bloodshot.

Every time I go there..they never have vanilla cream donuts..and several times I've ordered them ..got down street to find they gave me vanilla sprinkle donuts
