Chef Gabe’s DeBurgo NY Strip is one of the best sauces I’ve tasted in 20 years. Brussels were roasted to perfection and the Sazerac made to the New Orleans classic.

Honestly, the food could be awful and we'd probably still go regularly. It's one of VERY few truly family-friendly restaurants in the city. A fully fenced, low-risk playground right next to the patio??? Family friendly restrooms? A decent kids menu? Hell yeah.
The food is a little meh, but I like the poke bowl. A little overpriced for the quality (I'd compare to Applebee's? Maybe a little better?)
The process of checking in and getting seated is always pretty chaotic, especially when the weather is nice. They don't take reservations, only call ahead seating. Expect LONG wait times and getting into the patio to be next to impossible during dinner unless you utilize their call ahead option.
The servers are always really attentive and friendly. If the front door wasn't quite so crazy we'd be there a lot more often!

I was driving through west Des Moines and wanted to find somewhere different to eat and when I saw the menu online I wanted to come in and try it. I was greeted by two hosts were both sweet quick to get me seated and comfortable in either their patio or low/high top indoor seating areas. I had Megan as my server and they were amazing. Didn’t rush me, checked up on me the perfect amount. Not too much, and not too little! Even as I write this they came to check on me but wasn’t rushing to get me out. Got my food ordered and brought out at a great time, making sure I was aware of side options and their up charges, and recommended drinks. I stuck with a soda for now but next time I’m coming in to try some of their delicious looking cocktails. I ordered the Korean cheesesteak which looked interesting and was soooo good. I got ratatouille as a side and it was very good and a good change of pace compared to sides I normally get. But of course I couldn’t resist their dessert… and the strawberry Panna cotta did not disappoint. It was the star of the show for me and I will absolutely be ordering it again. Normally I try to get a deal with food and don’t get anything too expensive or pricey but here is absolutely worth the price. Great portions, great flavor, and great vibes. Highly highly recommend!

We likeed the atmosphere and the fact that the kids are able to play and run around outside. We had a large gathering last time and we got charged multiple fees. Credit card fee and large party fee. The menu is limited with lots of hamburger options and very salty fries. There is no value for the money they charge.

Food and drinks were delicious! The Brussel sprouts with tofu-garlic sauce were absolutely amazing! The environment was fun and family-friendly; our kids, ages 4-11 loved the outdoor play area, and the adults enjoyed sitting around the firepit with cocktails while we waited for a table.

not impressed. had to ask three times for my grandson’s pancake ( which he got when everyone else was done ) had to ask for a coffee refill. asked for a copy of my bill and never got it. waited several minutes for that and finally had to leave. paid 100.00 for three adults and 2 kid pancakes not sure what all i paid for never got to see the bill.
