Was a decent Valentines atmosphere. Seating arrangements were odd, service was not existent. Was one of the worst dinners that my girlfriend has ever had. I had a decent dinner, but nonetheless the night was partially ruined by this experience.

We enjoyed the food and atmosphere, but unfortunately the service didn’t match the rest of the experience. Our server didn’t greet us and didn’t check on us during the meal. The interaction came across as somewhat unfriendly, which took away from an otherwise nice visit.

Amazing GF burger. I have celiac and its hard to find a good burger and fries that's yummy but won't make me sick. Either/Or was delicious. Best GF burger I have ever had! Ill be back, maybe tomorrow.

Fun place to chill with friends with families. Let the little ones play and have fun and adults can join in when desired.

Nice staff, chill atmo. The appeal here is definitely the patio but it's still nice in the winter!

Fun holiday decorations. Waitress was efficient and very courteous. Tried a special holiday drink. Cost was expensive for the amount in the glass. Fries were good. BBQ burger had a small amount of BBQ sauce and was OK. I expected a little more. Food was also overpriced.

We had the best time and the service and food was fantastic! I struggled to find somewhere that would seat all 22 of my family (at the same table) and Either/Or accommodated us and had our table ready to go before we all showed up with lots of waters and everything ready for us. Our server Holden was the absolute best and was so on top of everything too. Very pleased and will be back :)

We visited this month with all of the Christmas decorations up and it was admittedly very impressive. The place was packed with parties but there was room at the bar for two. We shared the brussels, chicken sandwich and fries, as well as the cornbread cake. The food was cooked well, if not a little salty, but that’s right up my alley. The menu had some creative additions here and there which helps differentiate this space from some of the other local restaurants. While tried and true classics can be found (ie: chicken sandwich, brussels), I enjoy the elements of flare and really appreciate a dessert menu that doesn’t just consist of a melty chocolate cake or chocolate chip cookie skillet.

So let me start by saying I would have given more stars for the food and the table service because both were great. I want to give a compliment to our server, she was excellent. My complaint is with the bar service. Their setup is very odd. I'm not sure if this is their normal but it sure seemed like it. At the bar they have about 3-4 order takers and only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. Whether your sitting at the bar or at a table there was literally only one person that makes the drinks.

My wife and I had a reservation but showed up a little early so we went to the bar to order a drink. After about 10 minutes we realized the person that took our order was not the person making our drinks. Our drinks basically got put into the que, along with the rest of the restaurant. Our table became ready before the drinks were out and by the time we finally got our drinks it was about 20 min.

Now keep in mind this restaurant has a large bar area for people to sit so that alone should warrant more bartenders.

So one, I think it was very unfair to the person making drinks, they needed more support. And two, that's a horrible system to accommodate that many people.

Food arrived randomly over 20 minute span and the menu seems to be a little all over the place. Festive for the season and it seemed very busy.

We had our work Christmas party here…or so we thought. Charged our credit card $35 for the reservation. The waitress asked how many in our party and we said close to 25. She said great and told us what tables we would be having. As our party starts to get there,2 of our co workers sat at the table next to us. The host comes over & told them to get up & they only had our table down for 12.We just talked with the server who said 20-25 was fine as we walked in. We ended up going to Gilroys who were MORE THAN accommodating to our group. The host at Either/Or was highly unprofessional & treated us very poorly. We all work at Cosi Cucina restaurant & WOULD NEVER treat our guests with such disrespect & disregard.
0/10 would never recommend

Just left here, had two beverages while we were there and asked for one more over the span of two hours. Never got the next drink and 20 minutes later the server came by and my wife asked where my beverage was. She told her “she was uncomfortable selling me alcohol.” At that point we asked for our tab. Nothing was said or done that was disrespectful so I am confused where this rejection to serve came from. Definitely not coming back here anytime soon which is very unfortunate.
