Took my son there to eat. We were the only customers in the place. We were seated and then never saw another employee. We left after about fifteen minutes of being ignored. Half of the lights were off, and it looked very creepy and desolate in there. There were no adults anywhere, yet there were several kids running around being loud. The menu looked very unappetizing, but, fortunately, no one ever came to take our order, so we left without ordering anything. I can not imagine the food would have made me change my opinion much of this place. I won't be back.

I called in to place an order. I was told that it would take 25 minutes. I got there 25 minutes, I had to wait more than 25 minutes. Which leads me to believe that they didn't started my order until I got there. It wasn't busy at all either. I got home and they didn't included a banana order I asked for.

I came in for a beer and a dish of tamales thinking I'm going to get some beefy cheese style food. The beer was flat I thought the dish was 8.99 I gave a 20 got $4.?? Back. The dish was a 2 fried bread sticks. I asked for a refund they refused. Didn't even finish the beer.

I wish I could give negative stars. This place had a kitten, a baby baby kitten thrown on the roof and left it up there for two days and told people who wanted to help get it down to leave. The next morning when it was still up there they called the cops on the girl who actually got up there to get the poor thing down. They took the ladder away so she couldn't even get down with the kitty. Disgusting people.

You need to help that poor kitten that was thrown on your roof, how awful that you wouldn't allow anyone to rescue it. I imagine you will be flooded with negative reviews now.

This is a great place. Very good food. Fresh cooked. Great service. They weren't too busy on a weeknight. Carne asada was great. Good pupusas. Sopa de mariscos was good. Nice place.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible tables.

I wouldn't trust their online system. They never got my order in store and I ended up being double charged. The store wouldn't fix it so I have to dispute through my credit card company. Despite this issue the food was decent and the staff was very nice and got my order together as quickly as possible.
