Nice storefront buffet with a nice selection of good Indian food. I don't like spicy and I found plenty to eat that I was comfortable with eating.

The staff was great helping me decide what was the best, most authentic food, and the food itself was even better. Will be back!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Though the food was ok, it was a little lackluster in flavor. Pricing was at par with most restaurants but a good place to enjoy a quiet meal.

main dish = amazing
naan = undercooked
service = minimal, rushed, careless
I walked into the floors being sticky. This day specifically the communication between customer and service members was blunt. simply did not feel like a polite place.

Delivered from door dash and everything was hot and fresh. I ordered chicken tikka masala with garlic naan & was delicious. Perfect comfort food

Inside is a little boring, so the atmosphere isn't the greatest, but the woman who took care of us was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the chili chicken momo appetizer, and they were delicious, with a great amount of spice. My wife and I both had butter chicken, hers mild, and mine medium. The medium had a perfect amount of spice, and the mild was perfect for my wife and 2 year old son.

We just had an amazing experience at Spices of Nepal in Des Moines! The food was incredibly tasty - we're talking yummy to the max! The service was top-notch too. We're just visiting from Boulder, CO, and stumbled upon this hidden gem run by a lovely family with contagious smiles. Highly recommend! Cheers 😊😊😊😊😊5/5 stars!
I don’t recommend this restaurant. They claim to be authentic Nepali foods but the taste of food is completely different. My uncle complained about the bas taste of yogurt, the reply from the owner is “If it is bad then leave as it is”. I am wondering who will pay for a costly food just to leave there in their table?
