Ugh I wish I could upload videos on here. Got my order just for my order to be rock hard. I ordered lasagna and I kid you not there’s nothing soft about the lasagna it’s actually hard as rock. It might have been overcooked idk. It’s not burnt but it’s hard. I’m upset. Not only that there’s spaghetti noodles in here. I’ve been roughing trying to cut off a piece but as you can see it’s difficult. I’d like my money back or I will dispute with my bank.

This was disgusting. We showed up at 830. The manager kept complaining saying he was over it. The dinning room was filthy tables were greasy. My food that shouldn't have been spicy was, other then spice it was bland. The best part was the dry bread sticks. I had to stand in the bathroom for 5 minutes to wash my hands because there was no water pressure. Won't be back. Normally love there food.

Had a party of 6 adults at this Fazoli's. They treated us like family, bringing us extra bread sticks, plastic bags for our left over containers and just plain extra friendly. We be back!

Breadsticks where not done correctly. No butter garlic on them. Just dry! I know this is not what Fazoli's is supposed to stand for!!

Was craving some fast Italian. And they did not disappoint. The food was great and it took a bit longer as it was a shift change they recognized it apologized and gave me extra bread sticks to compensate. Let them know I understand these things happen. They were on top of customer service. Don’t go there often but the times I do I can say this location has never disappointed.
