The store was closed at 8:30 when I went to go pick up my order. There’s a short girl with brown hair who was very rude and unprofessional and refused service. If this is the kind of business that hires lazy, rude, and overall stuck up people then i will not be returning.

Stopped in to grab a quick sandwich tonight as it was getting to late to cook. I've got to tell you, the customer service was spot on. The man that served us started with a big smile on his face, was very friendly, helpful, and kept us engaged in conversation while we waited. Kudos to you sir. We will definitely be back....

No greeting when people walk in…no trust with delivery drivers…the cashier actually rolled her eyes and smacked her lips while I was ordering because I had to order a sub with no bread for me and then couldn't figure out how to make a sub with no bread and needed to ask me....Overall worst firehouse I have been to.

Worst customer service. My boyfriend and I stood at the counter for several minutes and the two people behind the counter did not address us at all. We ended up leaving and went to Taco John’s next door. Very disappointing.

Such a nice place to eat! This place has everything you've ever craved!! On top of that, the service and people are so sweet! I was worried about eating in a downtown little restaurant that I wouldn't get good service because everyone was so busy, but the staff went over and beyond to take care of their customers!! Jessica was phenomenal and I highly recommend eating here!! ?
