After I've read all the other lame one or two star reviews, that's petty stuff to be complaining about. I've went there a few times craving for subs and they were closed on a day that weren't supposed to be, but who cares, there are other days to go there. And so what someone waits a few minutes in line for their subs, maybe the online order was there before that person was. Stop giving this restaurant bad reviews when there a good restaurant! Suck it up people!! Have shalom not war....

Firehouse subs is delicious, I'll start with that. However, what I cannot accept it's constantly getting missing or wrong items on my deliveries. I understand people make mistakes, and if it's just a one off here and there, I can accept that. However, the fact that I keep paying for items and Firehouse subs is not refunding me my money when they are missing because it's within the 60-day period is just unacceptable and theft.

We typically go to this location and never have issues. Wanted to stop after getting off work, there were still people in the dining room with 15 minutes until they closed (we just wanted to order our subs and go home to eat) but as we were walking up they locked the door at 8:45 when they closed at 9. Kinds bs that they’re supposed to keep doors open during business hours but whatever I guess.

Great service. Love the firehouse steak and cheese. It's close by my house, quick, filling and decently priced.

Was the only customer in the restaurant. Waited over five minutes to give my sub order, and then the worker made two online orders before starting mine. The sub at least tasted pretty good.

The store was closed at 8:30 when I went to go pick up my order. There’s a short girl with brown hair who was very rude and unprofessional and refused service. If this is the kind of business that hires lazy, rude, and overall stuck up people then i will not be returning.
