I went in the other night to pick up a togo order. It was so busy in there but the girls working kicked ass and busted through the line quickly and efficiently. Becca was very helpful when helping me place my order. My burger was fantastic. They had Keisha hopping from grill, to fry, to prep and bag and Becca from customer, to bag, to shakes, it was a lot all at once and they didnt miss a single beat. Our meal was worth every penny. Those two are so impressive! They deserve a pat on the back, for real. Some of the people they were dealing with were so rude, especially the delivery drivers, but they handled those stinky men's attitudes with grace and class. They are EXACTLY the kind of workers you want representing your company. Thank you Keisha and Becca ???

Overpriced garbage. For the same price I could have gone to a proper restaurant and got an actual meal. They just dump the piping hot fries in the bag and send you on your way. Wanted a burger instead I got a patty in a freaking aluminum tray. Awesome. Great stuff. How this chain is famous is baffling to me.

If you're on the fence, don't go to this Five Guys. Fries so salty they were inedible and a burger without any semblance of salt or pepper. If you're wanting to flush some mula down the toilet, then this is definitely the place for you!

I love Five Guys, very happy they opened a location in Merle Hay mall. Service & food here is always on point. They outdid themselves tonight though. When I asked for a kiddy burger for my dog’s birthday, they gave me a pup cup on the house. Thank you Jada & co for making her night a little sweeter!

Today Monday 05-27-24 at 7:30 i tried to enter the restaurant by the merle hay mall door and the white person who work there told me ((you can't enter from this door because the mall close at 5:00 WHILE THE MALL CLOSE AT 8:00)) i told that person that the mall will close at 8:00 and still not allow me to enter from the inside the mall door Anyway after ((THE MALL SECURITY COMES TO THE PLAY AREA AND TOLD EVERYONE THAT THE MALL IS CLOSE)) and by the way there was over 3 families with their kids at the play area anyway i went out of the mall when it's close and entered the restaurant from the outside the mall door as the person told me And even no one come to me and ask me what i want to order while there was over 6 employees and it wasn't busy at all there was only couples sitting on the table eating and me who was standing by the register and when i asked them if someone of them can come and take my order the same person who not allowed me to enter see me inside then keeps looking at me and look at the other employees and laughed ((i just left))
I work at a furniture store as a customer service and i see a customer's all the day but I never do that to anyone i even know the customers by their names and always make them feels they are so special
I will never return to this Five Guys location or any other location EVER
