Ordered online and it estimated pickup for 7-12 minutes. Order was finally completed about 50 minutes after the order was placed. Got it home and it had the wrong toppings on the burger.

Absolute five star service. Employees are always super nice and kind, with them going so far as to make sure they pumped ketchup for each customer that came in. Absolutely stellar service and everyone on the team deserves to be commended!

I need to give a shout out to the amazing staff. Great food and service however, to that incredibly sweet employee i believe was named Jarvis (sorry if i am wrong). Not only were you fantastic in the store but that flipping ran out in the rain to return my card from across the parking lot is above and beyond. You have a customer for life, and wish you all the best.

fries were soggy first time, asked for new ones. even soggier. Person taking my order had a very bad attitude. Do NOT come here

It took 30 minutes for 2 Little Bacon Cheeseburgers and 1 fry. Needless to we still didnt get what we ordered. I had to ask where my order was because I watched about 3 other orders(that were ordered after mine) get sent out. They never even started on my order. Very very unorganized.
Five Guys was the best so roll with the best say best in DSM . The lobby was cleaner than a whistle 😗 i’ll definitely be coming back !

Didn’t warn us they were out of buns when we ordered, only told us when we asked about 25 mins into of waiting. They eventually brought grocery store buns for our $20 small size cheese burgers. For spending almost $50 I’m disgusted and turned off from five guys, not worth it, horrible staff with no common sense or empathy. Better service at McDonald’s for gods sake.
Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Our server, Jarvis, was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole crew was more than willing to accommodate for my food allergy. Only issue I had was the music was a bit too loud. Food was incredible, worth every penny.

This you to be Panda Express location. Definitely big fan of Five Guys. Love the free stuff to add to the Bacon Cheeseburger and salted fries and strawberry shake
