I went in the other night to pick up a togo order. It was so busy in there but the girls working kicked ass and busted through the line quickly and efficiently. Becca was very helpful when helping me place my order. My burger was fantastic. They had Keisha hopping from grill, to fry, to prep and bag and Becca from customer, to bag, to shakes, it was a lot all at once and they didnt miss a single beat. Our meal was worth every penny. I love Five Guys, very happy they opened a location in Merle Hay mall. Service & food here is always on point. They outdid themselves tonight though. When I asked for a kiddy burger for my dog’s birthday, they gave me a pup cup on the house. Thank you Jada & co for making her night a little sweeter!

All of the employees were super welcoming and friendly, they really made us all feel like valued customers. The burgers and fries were amazing! Everything was prepared quickly and exactly as ordered. Hope to see this new location thrive!
