Firstly, the girl at the register was miserable! Mumbling instead of greeting ! Then I asked for a receipt and she said it would take 10 minutes to go get receipt paper. Ok....then she came back with receipt paper but proceeded to do other things and never gave me the receipt. Why would she not think that some people going through the airport would not need receipts? They are on business and have to have receipts for what they purchase, like me ! If you're not happy with your job, go get another one. But that's a bad way to deal with the public. And I've dealt with the public in previous jobs and I would never look that miserable. The food was good though

At 4 AM in the morning it’s tough to get a smile here(3 out of 4 were smiling). Coffee was a nice drinking temperature and tasty.

Kindly asked the lady that worked at the register if she could use gloves when preparing my drink, and instead she got upset at my request. Handling money and preparing my drink without gloves when flu cases are extremely high is unsanitary and her behavior is unprofessional. I listened to her voice her frustration as I was still waiting for my drink. Customer service even with the lady before me wasn’t good.

At the airport at 4:45 am. Literally the only person in line and the two people talked to each other ignoring me for a good 30 seconds or more. No greeting nothing. The girl with the stupidly long nails finally put her phone away to help me. “What do you need?”….. not “How can I help you?” What on earth? SMH

Invariably understaffed / overwhelmed, full of rotten bananas and stale pastry. No discount given for bringing your own cup. Lots of single use plastic. Can and should be much, much better.

The wonderful human named reese deserves a raise! I fly through des moines every month for work. And they are the only kind person I have ever seen work here. Everytime I stop here for a muffin and a smoothie the workers are always rude. Reese started a conversation with me and reassured me about the move I will be making to iowa in a few months. Thankyou for being such a genuine person resse❤️❤️

The heavy set girl who was working on October 9th around noon was SO RUDE. Had an attitude the whole time for no reason and almost slide my drink off the counter and didn’t say anything. Get a different job if you don’t like working with customers. RIDICULOUS.

Arrived at the airport at 04:30 in the morning after 2.5 hours sleep. A delicious cappuccino would have made the day start off well, but that’s not what we got! We ordered “2 cappuccinos extra hot”. What we were given were two cold coffees, with lumps at the bottom. I went straight to my gate in this tiny airport, to finish my last sip. It was so cold I was basically done before I even sat down. So disappointing. We go through this airport a LOT. I don’t recommend getting coffee here, go to the restaurants instead.

They only got 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

Can't give less or negative. Workers seem more interested in their conversation than helping people. 1:30 pm on Friday 4/12th. Don't stop unless you have loads of extra time to wait.

Very friendly woman at the order station that was delightful. The coffee oat milk mocha was so delicious. I hop they keep up the good service and quality.
