The heavy set girl who was working on October 9th around noon was SO RUDE. Had an attitude the whole time for no reason and almost slide my drink off the counter and didn’t say anything. Get a different job if you don’t like working with customers. RIDICULOUS.

Arrived at the airport at 04:30 in the morning after 2.5 hours sleep. A delicious cappuccino would have made the day start off well, but that’s not what we got! We ordered “2 cappuccinos extra hot”. What we were given were two cold coffees, with lumps at the bottom. I went straight to my gate in this tiny airport, to finish my last sip. It was so cold I was basically done before I even sat down. So disappointing. We go through this airport a LOT. I don’t recommend getting coffee here, go to the restaurants instead.

They only got 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

Can't give less or negative. Workers seem more interested in their conversation than helping people. 1:30 pm on Friday 4/12th. Don't stop unless you have loads of extra time to wait.

The coffee is always solid for aiport coffee. The C-gate has pathetically bad customer service, every, single, time.

We stopped at the Friedrichs in the DSM Airport. There was who I assume to be a manager standing at the register counting a drawer. My daughter and I literally stood there for 5 minutes before she spoke one word to us. I then asked if they had any sausage sandwiches coming out since there weren't any in the warmer. She said frantically that she'd have to check the oven, which she never did. She asked if we wanted anything else and I said "yes". She then said with an attitude "Well, what?!". We ordered our drinks, them she snatched my card from my hand for the payment. I gave a little laugh in disbelief and she asked if she'd done anything wrong. WOW! Had she simply greeted us upon arrival, we would have been fine waiting while she finished counting. But to top that off, HORRIBLE customer service. She was also snippy with the poor girl who was stuck working with her.

Echoing other reviews. Extremely rude employees. Not sure why, there were two people in line. Unfortunately they have the coffee monopoly at DSM airport. Iced vanilla latte was subpar at best.
