If you want to see the entire staff outside having a cigarette, this is the place for you! I hope everybody washes their hands before they go back to work.... But don't count on it.

I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome as I entered the store. The cashier was friendly and processed my order with ease. While standing at the counter, I accidentally dropped a $10 bill without realizing it. The cashier found it and brought it straight to me. Acts like that may seem simple, but she came to me without hesitation, which speaks volumes about her character and the type of employees you hire. In addition to the great customer care, the store was clean and even smelled fresh. I had an excellent experience and will return soon

The first thing in I was shocked by the prices. The 2nd thing was we were over charged. We paid $7.99 for $6.99 meals. Then 3rd the food-gag!! The fries were gross. They were cooked in what was obviously over-used oil. Some also tasted moldy. The burgers were dry as leather. The taste was equivalent to shoe leather as well. The pickles were rancid. Top it off the tables were filthy. Here's a shock: We were the only customers there! I wonder why???

This place sucks big time. Don't waste your time going there!! I have the app, well I go in to redeem my free item with a purchase. I order my food, and the person taking my order, said hold your phone so it would get the barcode for my app. Okay, well it didn't work, I said can I speak to the manager maybe he can help, he said he was the manager. Um what??? Long story short, left with no food. No wonder that place is never busy, when I go past.
The woman at the front desk told me that they’re closing in 20 to 30 mins so the people in the back didn’t want to make any more chicken for the night.

Good food and good service but the place is always dirty. Tables need cleaned, floor needs swept and baby seats are absolutely filthy, very sticky and obviously haven't been cleaned in a long time.
They have great food and customers come back for more
