Alexis & Kyra, amazing cake bakers and decorators, absolutely nailed my daughter’s 21st birthday cake. I sent some inspiration pics and we spoke on the phone and they brought my vision to life. Everyone loved it, and bonus, it was delicious! So thankful to them. We are from the Chicago area so we had no idea that we shouldn’t have stopped for breakfast before picking up the cake… everything in this place looked and smelled delicious! Next time!
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Celebrated a 16th birthday in Des Moines this past weekend and I totally dropped the ball on a cake. Called this super cute store that was close to our hotel and they knocked it out of the park. Had a cake ready in 1.5 hours, didn’t make me feel like a hindrance, and had a kickass cold brew to top it all off. Thank you ChaCha’s for providing that good ole customer service and quality that is so incredibly rare to come by.
