Hot Tamale Catering packs a lot of flavor in what they make. To start their tamales are full of meat which is great, but I prefer a nice blend of masa and meat. The meat in the tamales are tasty and the right level of spicy. The salsa in the containers that accompanied the tamales was thick and very tasty. After seeing so many great reviews decided to finally try Hot Tamale Catering. Owner is so sweet. Big portions. Loved the smash burger. Highly recommend checking out. We will definitely be back.
The Food is The Best! The Attitude and Friendly staff makes going there a Joy. The Fried Chicken is The BEST and BIGGEST I have ever seen Anywhere in Des Moines or other places. And you'll Never Taste Better Mac & Cheese.
