It’s sad when a family spends $50 on food they can’t eat because noodles aren’t cooked all the way and the food tasted really old. So you call them about the issue only to have one person says yea you can get the money back and the next person says absolutely not because you tried the food. Well how in the hell do you expect the person to know if the food is no good without tasting it. Very sad to treat customers this way, especially with everything else going on in this world.

Worst sesame chicken I’ve ever tried! Threw it and the 2 soggy egg rolls away after a few bites.

Would be nice if the server spoke English well enough I could understand him also!

Ordered Chinese from here. Paid 35$ for about 3 spoonfuls of Mongolian beef, 4 of their sweet n sour chicken (chicken nuggets) and about 5 cups of rice.... All tasted like some sort of cleaner. Absolutely do not order from here

I was there with my young child today and had an amazing experience with one of the cashiers. Her name is Rebekah. She was an absolute pleasure to chat with while she checked us out. She was kind, warm and radiated kindness. She didn't know, this but I have been going through some very difficult things lately and interacting with her helped me feel hopeful again. A gang of crack heads could manage this store better than the managers of this store. Every night they close down the self checkouts and leave only 1 register open. It’s impossible to run in and grab 1 item without having to wait in a line of 10+ people every night while 8 employees stare at you like a toddler watching Paw Patrol. It’s unacceptable.

Just moved here and went twice! Both times cashiers were VERY VERY rude! Didn’t welcome me or say thanks or nothing! Also had an attitude! The bagger was very nice at least. Now I know where NOT to shop!

My question is, why would my mother in law be treated this way? Not 1, but 2 managers walking out by her and not offering help… NO ONE OFFERING HER HELP that WORKED there, but the people who were customers could. This is completely ridiculous as she’s a consistent customer, I’m highly disappointed in you Hy-Vee and your employees!

I took my senior father to get his prescriptions. Sabrina L. ( the witch) was the cashier / tech up front. She was extremely rude to my father. He is legally blind and hard of hearing. she kept directing her questions to me . I feel she should have spoke louder to him and treated him with more respect rather than treating him like he was 3. I kept motioning her to ask him her questions- after all he was standing right in front of her!!!

I would like to say this store goes above customer service .. I placed an online order to be picked up same time as I had our Covid testing done .. Once I got home I noticed that they stated they were out of hamburger .. I called the store to confirm they stated they would check and call me back ... No they actually came and brought us the hamburger ...
